I had a great experience with Reflect. My surgery went perfectly and my results are amazing - exactly what I asked for. Dr Lambe listened to everything I said and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Jayne has been there at the end of the phone for any advice I’ve needed. It’s been an excellent experience.

Almost 12 months post op from my breast surgery with Dr Lambe I noticed a small lump close to my nipple area.
I contacted Jayne who as predicted replied to me almost immediately with an appointment to see Dr Lambe.
Dr Lambe was his usual lovely self putting me at complete ease reassuring me my concern was scar tissue.
He has offered to see me again in 6 months time to give me peace of mind.
From first contact to present I really can’t fault my experience with The Reflect Clinic.

From the very first phone call with Jayne the clinic manager at Refect my experience was excellent! I’m only 3 weeks in and already more than pleased with the results ! there was very little bruising and no pain whatsoever to the extent that I didn’t need any painkillers ! And was back in work a week after the surgery.

Mr Lambe and his team have completely changed my life. I had breast reduction/uplift surgery at the beginning of March and have my last appointment to check the scarring etc this week (6 week post op check) and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the minute I stepped in his office I felt at ease with him, on the day of the surgery I was very nervous from previous issues in surgery. His team in theatre were amazing and couldn’t have been kinder to me when they could see I was worried. The staff in the hospital after, the nurse on shift, caterers, everyone was just brilliant. The after care with Jane has been unmatched- she has checked in with me regularly and made sure I’m okay, she seems like the nicest lady even though I’ve never met her! I would recommend anyone to go to Reflect Clinic if they are considering breast surgery, I now can wear clothes I could never have worn before, have confidence in my appearance, not as much back and neck pain and a whole less insecure. Thankyou so much Reflect Clinic you’ve given me a new lease of life☺️

I had been contemplating this procedure (bilateral breast augmentation with nipple lift) for 3 years since I had finished breast-feeding my three children. Having met with numerous surgeons, I never quite felt comfortable with them and decided to delay the procedure more and more.

I was then referred to Mr Lambe and once I had met with him, I felt completely comfortable in his care and expertise, that I had no since reservations in moving forwards with the surgery and booked in immediately.

Now 14 days post op, I couldn't have imagined how well this could have gone and seems to be healing well with no issues at all. I have been 100% re assured throughout the process and am very excited about the final result. I can't believe I could have ever re gained my pre breast feeding, pre pregnancy body!

So happy, the best decision I’ve ever made. Being self conscious is a thing of the past. I never thought for a second that I could feel like this. Best surgeon best care, 100% would recommend Reflect clinic.

I had initial consultation with Mr Lambe regarding my breast uplift, he answered all my questions and explained the procedure. All further queries were answered very promptly by Jayne. The operation seemed to go well, I had some pain when I came round, but took painkillers for them. There was minimal pain after that; I didnt take any further pain killers. The hospital accommodation was comfortable, and the food was very good. But on my post op consultations, I saw that the shape of my left breast was perfect, but not the right one, which had a squashed and flattened look . It has now been 2 months, and although there has been improvement in the shape of the right breast, it is still not a normal shape. So I cant at this stage give a final verdict on the result, it will depend on whether the right breast acquires a normal shape. There were some admin problems, I was initially billed for the whole cost of the operation even tho I had already paid. It was for a different hospital and I think it was sent to me by mistake. Also I had a number of requests for payments which were not due, this would seem to be mistakes by the Admin team. Also it wasnt made plain, unless I missed it, that only the first post op consultation had free dressings, we were due to pay for all the following dressings changes. My previous operations had been with another cosmetic surgery chain, where all dressings were included in the operation fee, so I hadn’t realised it was different here. To be fair tho, the surgeon paid for my subsequent dressings so I didnt pay anything.

Following breast cancer surgery my breasts were left at very different sizes, and I'd been putting off having a reduction for years. Then a friend told me she had heard Mr Lambe was the best around, I felt it was now or never. What a wise decision that was.
I had a unilateral breast reduction in February at the Wilmslow Clinic under the care of Mr Lambe.
The whole experience from my initial consultation to my post op appointment has been absolutely exceptional.
Mr Lambe is the perfect surgeon, he makes you so at ease and explains everything so clearly. I was very confident I'd be happy with the end result.
My experience of the operation was superb. The calibre of the staff which attended to me, and the facilities provided were first class. A special mention to Jayne Bailey for always being there for you, both before and after the op. She really is an amazing caring person.
I am now at 5 weeks post op and I feel amazing.
I can't believe how quickly I recovered, especially as I'm 70 years of age. I only took painkillers for 1 1/2 days. I never felt any actual pain, just some discomfort for a few days. I was able to do gentle walking within about 4 days, and have been building up gradually since.
A big thank you to all at Reflect Clinic for a job very well done, and by giving your patients a lot more confidence in our bodies.

Jayne has been brilliant throughout, from helping me arrange a consultation and sending me all the information I need to supporting me in the lead up to/post surgery.

From my first appointment, through to surgery and after my operation, Dr Lambe has been incredible. Dr Lambe took the time to talk me through all my options and made sure I understood the procedure, using Crisalix to show me a 3D model of what I could expect to see post surgery.

On the day of surgery I had a seamless experience, and don’t think I could have had a better experience. Dr Lambe, Dr Apostolos and Dr Waits were all there to answer questions and ensure I felt comfortable before the operation. All the nurses were lovely and helpful as well.

Recovery has been great, with Jayne checking in and a follow up appointment to see how I’m healing. Within three days of the operation I didn’t need any pain medication and nine days on from the operation I am back on my feet and out and about.

I don’t think I would have had a better experience anywhere else and am really grateful for all the help, skill and care Reflect Clinic have shown.

Exceptional service from Reflect. The communication from Jayne has been amazing, from booking the consultation to post op support and communication. Dr Lambe made me feel at ease from the beginning and was able to understand and delivery exactly the look I was after. Would highly recommend.

I came to the reflect clinic on a recommendation from a friend. After 10 years of having diastasis recti from pregnancy I’ve struggled with weak core, backache and had other surgeries on my stomach. The thought of having more surgery and it not fixing my problem was scary.
Arranging consultation though Jayne was easy and I saw Mr Lambe at the HCA Wilmslow Hospital. He listened, understood why I was there and filled me with confidence that he could help change my life. He throughly explained the procedure (abdoplasty) and how he would treat mine. After the consultation I soon received my quote and booked in for the procedure 4 weeks after my consultation.
On the day I arrived at the HCA Wilmslow hospital and the care I received was exceptional. I’m almost 2 weeks post op and feeling better and stronger each day.

Where do I start? I cannot recommend Mr Lambe and his team enough - 8 days post op and I’m over the moon with my results.

Breastfeeding my babies took its toll on my breasts which really affected my confidence. I spent the best part of a year researching my Breast Augmentation procedure. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and spent hours scrutinising different surgeons ‘before and after’ photos. That’s when i stumbled across Reflect Clinic and knew that Mr Lambe was the surgeon for me. Being naturally quite slim on top I knew I wanted as natural a result as possible and could see that that was exactly Mr Lambe’s style.

I had two face to face consultations and felt like he really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. The Crisalix software was helpful in getting a visual of how different size and shape implants would look. Originally I had decided on round implants and in my second consultation changed my mind to anatomical - I’m so glad I did! The shape of the implants in a dual plane placement has given me such a natural result, I honestly think if I didn’t choose to tell people that they wouldn’t know I have had implants put in.

On the day of surgery I was super nervous. But the service at HCA wilmslow was so seamless that I didn’t have time to worry for too long! I arrived just after 6.30am, met with the anaesthetist, Mr Lambe and Mr apostolos who all put me at ease and I was in the operating theatre by 7am. I woke up to the lovely nurses who brought me some tea and a menu to pick what I’d like to eat. My sister stayed with me the whole time and we laughed that it felt like a nice morning out! Mr Lambe and Mr Apostolos came back to check on how I was doing and I was at home by 1pm.

Recovery has been nowhere near as bad as I imagined! Having young children I was worried I’d be unable to do anything but I only needed painkillers for around 3 days. 8 days post op and I have no pain and have been going out for walks etc.

The results so far are beyond what I could have imagined! I now love what I see when I look in the mirror which I never thought would be possible. Thank you Mr Lambe and Mr Apostolos :) and a special thank you to Jayne who has had all the time in the world for my (many) questions along the way!

After breastfeeding 3 children I wanted to restore my boobs to what they were. I was recommended Mr Lamb and as soon as I met him I trusted him. He's easy to talk to, professional and made me feel in safe hands. The whole process with him and his team (especially Jayne his secretary) was a pleasure, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr Lamb suggested a 250cc implant for what I wanted to achieve (used to be a B cup), and after viewing on the Crisalix software I settled on a 225cc as was 100% adamant I didn't want to feel too big and not myself. Friends I know who've had them done all said they wished they'd gone a bit smaller, although I checked with Mr Lamb and he said 99% of people wish they'd gone bigger. I'm now 5 weeks post op and guess who was right?! That said they are exactly what I wanted prior to the op, so in time I'm sure I won't regret the size (now a B/C). Something to bare in mind for your decision though, I would recommend feeling the implants as well as the software, something I didn't get round to doing. The software shows what they look like naked, but in clothes is a different thing. In that way I thought the software slightly overestimates the size.

Mr Lamb was also right about the recovery, it's not as bad as you'd imagine. For me it was 3 days in pain on meds (I had under muscle). The first week you can't do much and recovering from the general, second week I could do things carefully. And by week 3 I was driving and back to most things. Week 4 gentle stretch exercising and I could push my toddler in his buggy, and week 5 I feel almost normal and have had a bra fitting. The fun bit!

Thank you to Mr Lamb and his team. If I had an endless bank balance I'd be back more often. You made it comfortable, easy and enjoyable.

Mr Lambe listened to what I wanted in terms of surgery and both him and his team took great care of me on the day and afterwards. I am 5 weeks post op and so far very pleased with the result.

Mr Lambe, Jayne, Adelina and the entire team at the HCA hospital in Wilmslow have been absolutely amazing, from initial consultation right through to now which is 4 weeks post op.
I opted for a breast reduction, the initial surgery went really well and I was home the same day. Sadly the following day I did require a further emergency surgery following a rare reaction (may I add that this wasn’t due to any issues with the initial surgery, I’m just massively unlucky to be that tiny percentage of people that had this complication). I am so thankful to the entire team with how fast they responded, from notifying the hospital that something was wrong to being back in surgery took 40 minutes, I am forever grateful to Mr Lambe and the team for being such a dream team when I most needed it.
The follow up care has been fantastic, Jayne is in regular contact with me checking in, Nurse Adelina is on the other end of a phone at anytime I need anything and Mr Lambe has been really supportive in my recovery.
I am really happy with the results so far, a breast reduction can take a long time to settle into the final result but size wise they are perfect, I look and feel great! Thank you x

The clinic was not my local option and about an hours drive but I’m so glad I took the time to do my research and find Reflect Clinic.

I am 5 weeks post opp and so pleased with the results of the breast surgery, liposuction and full tummy tuck. The scarring is very neat and results outstanding. I could not have asked for anymore of Mr Lambe and his team. At the time of the surgery, the anaesthetist, nurses and surgeons were so warm, caring and professional. I actually enjoyed my overnight stay.....Aftercare was very thorough and Jayne was on the other end of the phone, whenever i needed answers. Whilst it does seem a lot of money, Mr Lambe and his team are worth every penny.
