Another great job by the team at Reflex in WGC! We had them back to replace our conservatory roof with a warm tiled roof and it looks amazing! A special mention to Dave, Terry & Mark on site and to Chloe and Charlotte in the office.
Really happy with the service and products supplied by Reflex Elite. All staff, surveyor, office staff and fitters were great. All went smoothly and as planned. Used Reflex Elite for the first time. Prices were competitive with other local companies. Had new composite door fitted and pleased they used a Solidor, a reputable manufacturer. The fitter was professional and left everything clean and tidy, and their customer care team are first class, a shout out to Chloe.
The fitters Mark and Taylor did a fantastic job and they were so neat and tidy we didn't even need to redecorate afterwards. I would recomend them and this company to anyone.

We recently purchased a new front door and 2 windows. We had four quotes and Reflex Elite were the only company to quote on each window individually and offered their best price first time around, so no renegotiations.The windows and door were fitted on time and well by 2 friendly fitters who certainly knew their stuff. we had the venetian blinds fitted inside the glazing which is fantastic and alleviates the need to clean blinds anymore. Good quality windows well fitted with no hassles.

Disgusting attitude from this company. Ask & order a particular product. Never advised they do NOT do this product/specification. When asked about it they threaten to remove already fitted windows that they know are fitted which is illegal. Rude, unhelpful & just shoddy windows that are 11mm out of square - not surprising with a rubber tape measure
