I have been trying to return two lights since December, my first email was replied to very promptly asking why I wanted to return and to send photos of the items!!! Why?????

Since then my emails are being ignored!

Do not buy from this company, products are cheap and nasty and customer service is awful!

Scam Scam Scam
Package never received. Company is out of Quebec and not a real entity. Any positive reviews are computer generated. No customer service, all inquiries are responded to by a "bot". Too bad they can't be held accountable.

Package took way too long to arrive and never did. Just kept getting same auto response. Product was supposed to come to NY. Eventually product was sent to Puerto Rico??? I cancelled through my credit card company. Looks like others have had the same experience.

This is not a "hassle-free return"

Update: Got a refund for the lamps. Only lost the $50 cost to ship the lamps back to the seller at a U.S. address, not to China where they came from.

This is not a "hassle-free return"! I ordered ten lamps that took over two weeks to arrive in flimsy packaging (boxes were wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap and put in a plastic bag for shipping from China). When I wrote to request a return/refund I received a request for photos of the products (annoying, but o.k., I'll send pictures, but why?). Then, I received an email saying they are reviewing my request. Then, there was a long delay, and I still have not heard back about the next steps for the hassle-free return. Shady and not o.k.! Definitely not a standard customer service experience, and I would warn anyone against ordering these lamps if they want a responsive customer service vendor that does as it says on the slick sales website.

Highly recommend

This looks great in any room, and I can change the lighting depending on my mood.

The battery is pretty good and long lasting, so I don’t have to keep recharging it, and it’s waterproof, so I can use it outside on the patio too.

Shipping was quicker than I expected, and the customer service was awesome. I’m so happy with it that I’m thinking about getting a few more to place in more rooms. Highly recommend!

The lamp is absolutely beautiful

The lamp is absolutely beautiful. I love that I can customize the ambiance in my room with the three different lighting options. It works perfectly. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was excellent while I was waiting for my order. I'm currently thinking of buying a few more.

I was initially skeptical about the previous bad reviews, but I realized that people often write reviews when they have a bad experience and rarely take the time to do so when they have a positive one.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS NOR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars, I would. All products arrived in flimsy packaging and all were damaged. I bought 5 lamps for over $300 and I might has well thrown the money in the trash. All are physically damaged by not being level, but there is also damage to the charging portion of the lamp - they are LED and rely on being able to charge through a port that is broken. I have tried reaching out to company without any reply! Do not waste your money.

Broken lamps directly from China

Received 2 x lamps from the store apparently sent directly from China. Only 1 worked and the other were bend and did not work. None of the 2 lamps had the quality and finish as on the pictures from the store. Very disappointing.

I bought 2x "Refresh Decor Luminous Lamp". I decided to return them
1) they didn't work properly
2) ugly

Their "30-Day No Questions Return Policy" is total BS.
They were obliged as a matter of consumer law in the UK to take them back anyway.

A) They asked many questions.
B) They demanded a video of the fault
C) They demanded a photo to make sure I hadn't damaged the item (they are obliged to to take it back whatever the condition)
D) they stopped responding so I had to get American Express to get the money back
