I really appreciated the experience with Refundmyticket. The whole process is very easy and takes about 5 minutes. Got refunded 328 euros (400 - 18% fees). The entire process only took a little over a month and a half from uploading all necessary documents to receiving the refund on my account. Even when I emailed them one evening requesting information, I received a response the next morning. Note that in my case Refundmyticket reached an amicable agreement with the company and that there was no legal action, which may explain that the procedure was quite quick. Very satisfied. The legal procedure was a little bit long (but I guess like any legal procedure), but they requested very few documents all though the process (consent letter, ID…), minimum efforts from me to get the money back in the end, so I’d recommend 100%. The website is simple to use, they kept me updated by email during the case, once they got the money the transfer to my bank account was fast… really nothing to complain about !
