Obtained compensation successfully

Reliable service, but the frequency of communication could be improved
Flight cancelled in December 2017, claim posted also in December 2017. Compensation of 200€ received in May 2022. I didn't believe in it anymore after 4.5 years, but you just have to be patient. Even forgetting that you have a pending claim. I would have just appreciated to have more regular updates, even if there was no progress in the procedure, so I wouldn't feel forgotten. Also, it would be nice if Refundmyticket would update its social networks (facebook, IG) because the last posts date back to January 2019, and it doesn't look very professional.

Time is key
It took some time, but Refundmyticket has been stubborn enough to make it through the end of the procedure with the airline.
Almost 4 years after the cancelled flight, I got the refund, and several claims are still pending. Worth the wait.
