My flight was canceled due to an air strike. Despite my effort, Airfrance didn't offer any form of reimbursement. I contacted "Refund my ticket" and by simply uploading a few documents we begun the journey to get the refund. The service offered by "Refund my ticket" is great and free. Unfortunately the time of the judicial process was exacerbated by Covid lockdown. However, thanks to "Refund my ticket", i finally got my money back.

It is the second time that I use the service of Refund my ticket and both times I had a really good experience. Easy to submit the documents and twice a successful outcome! It is just a pity that airlines need this kind of nudge to abide by the EU laws!

My flight to Berlin was delayed for more than 6 hours. I was so upset because I have an important event to attend, but I had no choice. I arrived 8 hours later. Happily RefundMyTicket team managed to get me the compensation I deserve for such a long delay. The procedure was super easy and I barely had to do many things that my money was in my account. Extremely thankful for that!

This company takes your documents and doesnt follow up anything neither inform you nor reply you ever. In addition to that they receive your money but doesnt pay you anything. I had to hire and pay for another lawyer to receive my money from this company then they started taking me seriously and paid me within days. So stay away. Instead push the airline for your compensation. They get back to you sooner than this company trust me.

We landed hours late in Lisbon after our flight from Cancun got delayed, and I didn't want to spend a lot of time writing (possibly several) letters to the airline myself. I wasn't quite sure which refund company to pick, but after a bit of research I picked RefundMyTicket. They did the job really well! No hassle, quick and painless, and they even refunded us more money than we expected (we thought the delay was under 4h, but their records had the flight at just over 4h late, which means we got refunded 600 euros per person instead of the 300 we initially claimed!)

Four years later.. I got a refund of 190€ even that RefundMyTicket refused a settlement of 350€ from the airline ! Anyways, I regret that no information is shared on the final decision, but still pleased that the airline paid some money to me or to RMT, I don't really care

Procedures are long but it is due to thé justice delays.

It's been over 2 and a half years since I heard from them last time ("Subpoena is being managed") although my claim was initially submitted in August 2018!! (Claim TTR-20180809-19936).
It's just unbelievable! I deeply regreat having contacted them.

Long, of course, but mainly due to Airline trying to gain time.
They never gave up and kept promises.

In spite of all the postponements (Covid) they didn't give up on the case and eventually obtained the refund.
