Having my claim processed by RefundMyTicket was a smooth and painless experience. I appreciated being kept informed at every step of the process, and even more so the fact that I didn't need to do anything once I set the process in motion. The process can seem like it stretches on forever, and that makes not having to keep on top of it yourself even more of a relief. Easy and efficient online procedure. Make sure you provide all relevant documents / proof to ease the procedure! Mine took 3 months, since we were confronted with lack of co-operation from the airline. RefundMyTicket managed to obtain a refund of a little bit over 200 € for a delayed departure of almost 5 hours. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend their services!
