However, we would like to make a number of clarifications.
The commission deducted from the amount recovered corresponds to what is stated in our General Terms and Conditions and in the mandate you signed on 08/02/2017.
This commission amounts to 24% including VAT.
As a result of the legal action we took, we recovered €250. You then received the amount of €190, which corresponds to the amount of the compensation deducted from our commission.
As for the length of the proceedings, this is beyond our control and is due to the current backlog in the French courts.
