Refundpros are a very helpful company
Refundpros are a very helpful company. Most small business companies that ship anything with Canada Post would be doing themselves a favour if they hired them. It is great getting some money back when a delivery company doesn't do their job right.

Great customer service and a must have…
Great customer service and a must have for any business. We ship anywhere from 1000 to 2000 orders a month, and physically do not have the time to check the delivery standard of each and every order sent. With Refund Pros, we just let them do their thing and now we get a few thousand dollars back a month in Canada Post refunds.

RefundPros has treated us well over the past few years we have worked together. Their ability to automate claims has made it possible for our business to allow free returns. Once you're signed up there's very little else for you to do other than wait for your email notifications of your refunds. If you have concerns or questions they're there to assist as well.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Super reliable auditing and our CP claims are all being processed in a timely fashion. Highly recommended. Also, we were totally skeptical, but these folks are legit and we've been using their services for five years now.

RefundPros is well worth the money!
We've been working with RefundPros for a few years now, and every time we get claims emails from them, it feels like free money because we didn't have to do anything to receive the funds! They take care of all claims submissions and keep an eye on it so we don't have to!
