I bought a iphone7 which is in good condition. Very happy with the refurb iphones. Their service is great, fast and secure.

My phone was packaged and was delivered as promised. The Phone was GSM unlocked which made me it very easy to setup network service provider that I am using. It's now all setup and running very smoothly, I am really happy.

The iphone was in excellent condition! It came 2 days early and it came with a charger with 38% charge! the iphone is unlocked means if you use a service provider such as Metro PCS or T- Mobile or or Sprint or Verizo service providers, this phone will work. The phone is certified refurbished through and it is like a brand new iPhone

The phone works perfectly, do not let the bad reviews change your mind, the battery is good, the SIM card connect, the audio is perfect, barely any wear on it, the shutter sound can be turned off, the screen works, eveerything works perfect, I am so happy I went with the order.

awful, awful company. for some reason all the reviews on trustpilot have given refurbiphones.com.au a 1 star rating but their overall rating was a 2 star, how can that be? they don't deserve a 2 star. they should be run out of business.

I’d give them no rating. They don’t reply to emails. I put in an order and they haven’t honored it. Their phone number rings out and there is no tracking.
Don’t buy from this company.

I bought a refurbished iphone which only lasted me two months (home button stopped working). Sent it back and they sent another phone and within one week, that second phone stopped working. I recontacted them about the problem in late November 2017 and said I refused to get another replacement phone which would have the same or different issues. After back and fourth emails, I was offered a refund by one of their staff members "[name removed]". And here we still are, no refund, and now I'm dealing with this issue under a different team member who changed the verdict says their policy says they cannot refund me. And this is after being sent an email about being offered a refund. 3 months in, countless emails of back and fourth, calling their listed number, leaving voicemail and still no where near a solution.

Honestly....DO NOT waste your money. You are better off getting a phone from azod.com.au (unfortunately they did not have the phone I required at the time) My mother has bought a refurbished phone from this company in 2016 and its still been working beautifully/ not a problem in the world.

If you want:
1. bad quality phones
2. extreme lack of customer service
3. to get the run around/ unsolved problems

Then REFURBIPHONES is the perfect choice.

Phone looked fine, but after three months, the camera stopped working and the battery showed signs of wear. Three months on, my 'mobile phone' can't be removed from its charger for more than a couple of minutes.
I purchased extra warranty for piece of mind, but that does not buy you good service. I have had to jump through hoops just to prove that my phone is faulty and can't even describe what I have to do before they'll allow me to send it back to them.
refurbiphones may not be an outright scam (after all, I do have a phone), but if you think of them as used car salesmen who have cornered the market, you'll get a good idea of the service you can expect (they're all called Rocky is another clue).
NB for months, the website had a countdown (eg Sale ends in 12 hours and 45 minutes) banner on it, to put potential buyers under pressure. That is borderline scam behaviour. Just saying.
I wish I'd found a review before I'd purchased.

ordered apple i6 on the 7/12/2017. delivery 3 to 7 business days. nothing received by14/12/2017 sent 2 emails no response.phoned landline twice no answer,left 2 messages,no response.finally got phone 21/12/2017.and find it comes from Hong Kong not Australia.Customer service non existent.Would never use them again.
