Bought a product but never received it. NO response on phones or e mail.
Please be very careful before using this company

Spent several weeks chasing after an order which was never dispatched, then more time spent chasing after a refund that was never issued. Eventually got my money back after raising a payment dispute with my credit card company. Definitely one to avoid.

absolutely appalling. after 4 months still no computer and very few replies to messages sent. Guess I need to resign to having been ripped off £800.

I have sent three messages to this firm, they took my money in June 2024, it is now August...I haven't received my MacBook Pro and I've had no response to my messages!! I'll be contacting the police for theft if I don't get the item I've paid for....NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought airpod case and that took more than three weeks to come, I wanted to return and they finally gave me instructions and the address to return it after I don't know how many days and then I returned it and contacted them and countless times they said they would send me a refund. It has been 2 months and still, no refund bare in mind I paid £10.99 for delivery and they ended up just delivering it to my house like 4 weeks later

Placed an order then heard nothing. I've had no response to any of the several attempts I've made to contact them. Given there seem to be some positive reviews, I'm somewhat confused as well as disappointed.

even one star is too generous for this lot. they are clearly fraudulently selling items that they don't have at the time. No reply to phone calls, and sporadic response to emails. no refund still 3 weeks on...
Also TrustPilot says they are using them fraudulently!
Am holding for Trading Standards as we speak....

Scam site do not buy from these, waiting 2 weeks now for the mac I bought via clear pay and still nothing. No reply to emails don't answer phone nothing. They are doing a huge fraud

I was able to successfully purchsae refurbished Beats headphones for a great price. I would use this site again and recommend it. It's worth noting that it took three weeks to receive the headphones after purchasing but if you've got the time and patience it's a great deal on headphones. (#RFB2000002463)

My laptop arrived professionally package in recycle packaging. Outside condition and battery is perfect I even noticed my order was grade C also received free upgrade from Magic 1 mouse to Magic 2. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend I will not hesitate to purchase again in the future, Thank You.

Purchased an Apple Magic mouse, paid £10 for postage (expensive but was promised a 24 hour tracked service, so fine), nothing arrived after 10 days, contacted them and was given a tracking number which said that Royal Mail were still waiting for it, waited another 8 days before tracking the item again and was told there was a fee to pay! So not only had I paid £10 postage for a 24 hour service which hadn't arrived in 24 hours, I also had to pay another £3.50 because they hadn't paid enough postage at their end! I called/emailed of course to ask them to pay the difference and of course got no response. I figured it was easier to pay the £3.50 than leave it to be returned to them as I knew I would never get my refund from them. Word of advice, shop elsewhere, save your sanity!

SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!! They also operate as refurb Mac LTD, mac4sale LTD. Ordered a macbook 2 months+ ago and still battling to get a refund. They emailed updates repeating the same thing every week it will be posted Thursday for 24hr tracked delivery. Then said they upgraded the macbook to more memory for me as compensation due to the wait. Opened a dispute with CLEAR PAY and they sent a tracking number Royal Mail to close it. HAHA they sent it to make it seem like they done something SCAMMERS… weeks later Royal Mail are still waiting for the item from them. Absolute joke! Found this company on CLEAR PAY! CLEAR PAY CLEARLY DO NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE ON THEIR SUPPLIERS!
