I needed a computer for university and…

I needed a computer for university and not able to afford new PC.
To be honest I was worried about spending so much money on refurbished computer that I had not seen.
It looks like new, works like new, I am very pleased with the product.

Absolutely awful - con artists

Absolutely awful - ordered an iMac from this company after an appalling first experience. They promised to do better a second time round.
The same thing happened again - fraud! They sent an iMac that didn't even turn on.
They then ignored all messages and requests for refund or repair.
I had to pay a LAWYER and my bank to get my money back.
Spend £900, only got back £300!!
Absolute con artists.

AVOID AVOID AVOID..... Purchased an iMac at £1500 they said it was grade A it wasn't, plus when it arrived had major issues like it kept shutting down randomly and the ethernet cable didn't even work. Sent the product back and had to fight with them to get my refund back, this went on for a month... I ended up having to phone my bank and issue a Transaction dispute against the company as this was attempted FRAUD... Once they heard that my money was back to me the next day.... WORSE COMPANY I'VE EVER DELT WITH.. THEY ALSO WORK UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES SUCH AS MAC4SALE & SAFE PC DIRECT LTD.... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND THEY ALSO DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES WHEN THEY KNOW YOUR CALLING!!!!

Lording it 💥

Great service provided yet again - as a repeat customer I can’t find better value for money and responsiveness elsewhere - fully recommended *****

Really happy with the advice given as well and the grade A MacBook, along with a separate laptop purchased altogether this time round :-]

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Wide range of technology products at fair prices. For fastest service, order from the website and collect in-person (or they have a reasonably priced delivery service).

Refurbmac is great

Refurbmac is great. It gives people a chance to recycle their old items that would otherwise be wasted and at the same time enables them to use the money to buy something they've not, Even better it gives everyone the chance to get a good quality second hand product at lower than retail price. I've never had any quality issues with any of my purchases and often check what they have on offer. My favorite store now a days.

I Bought few items from refurbmac five…

I Bought few items from refurbmac five days ago and the store itself was really helpful they set up everything and also replaced my headphones that I wanted to be replaced, definitely be back as they do have an amazing customer service.
