I ordered Friday and I know weekends close and I call Monday morning , call agent’s girl told me will be ready 4:30 pm then we will be shipp to dpb I said okey after 15:30 o’clock I called again then she said definitely ready to deliver and I called 16:45 , manager lee or like this name he said we are so busy will be ready tomorrow and we will deliver to you Wednesday, so unprofessional, they lied 🤥 me all day website say next day delivery I ordered Friday I got my order Wednesday and during the Monday I called all the time they said will be ready and manager is not talking to customer service good he is not responding properly

As it was a Christmas present all I could say initially was that the item arrived quickly and was as ordered. A couple of weeks on and my son is very happy with the keyboard. He was used to Apple keyboards and so wanted this particular one, but didn't want to pay full price. Since he's been using it, his view is you wouldn't know it was refurbished, so very happy with the purchase and the 5* definitely deserved.
