I found the process of registration very easy and user friendly. I did however find it very confusing that I was receiving my renewal notice through a third party rather than from ASIC itself.
No complaints though.

Pretty good but not perfect
I accidently managed to add two renewals to my cart and couldn't find how to delete one. Finally deleted one in the end but not a fabulously user friendly process. Quick once I had the correct items in the cart.
