Ian was absolutely amazing. I could not fault his work, our property took quite a while to sell due to the chain, breaking down. But Ian was in contact with us every single week just to update us on anything that had happened. I could not fault his services. I thought he was very thorough and outstanding at his job.

Regal Estates handled the sale of a building plot at the rear of our property, and we couldn't be happier with their service. They offered valuable advice throughout the process, kept us fully informed at every stage, and helped us realise the true potential of our land. An added bonus was that they charged us no commission, as their fee was covered by the developer. We would highly recommend them

We were absolutely delighted with Regal for the service they provided to us when we moved.

Craig from Regal was an absolute delight to finalise purchasing a property with them. He was friendly, quick, efficient and just all round super helpful. He had the best interests for me as a seller at heart and went the extra mile to help with facilitating the sale and making it a nice smooth and easy process. I had planned to do some refurbishment on the flat I was purchasing and he even helped me with sourcing the right contacts to carry out the work I needed doing for when I moved in and at a good and fair price. I can’t explain enough how much he did for me to help make the buying process as smooth as possible but he really made life easy for me which I’ll be forever grateful for. Having moved many times over the years, using different estate agents, we found a "Winner".
Our assigned agent, David, was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
He guided us through the whole process, taking away the stresses of moving with sheer professionalism. What often lacks with agents, is once the property has sold, communication often disappears, but with David and Regal Estate this was not the case
