Craig from Regal was an absolute delight to finalise purchasing a property with them. He was friendly, quick, efficient and just all round super helpful. He had the best interests for me as a seller at heart and went the extra mile to help with facilitating the sale and making it a nice smooth and easy process. I had planned to do some refurbishment on the flat I was purchasing and he even helped me with sourcing the right contacts to carry out the work I needed doing for when I moved in and at a good and fair price. I can’t explain enough how much he did for me to help make the buying process as smooth as possible but he really made life easy for me which I’ll be forever grateful for. Our assigned agent, David, was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
He guided us through the whole process, taking away the stresses of moving with sheer professionalism. What often lacks with agents, is once the property has sold, communication often disappears, but with David and Regal Estate this was not the case

Having decided to downsize and sell our first house, Craig and his team helped make the whole process easier and less stressful, with their direct and simple explanations and advice of what to expect and when. Always keeping us informed and advising (not pushing) us on who was viewing our house and when. With an immediate follow up after they have gone. (They created a whats app group that made communications quicker with the same information to both myself and wife) Craig was also there for advice when we found a house to purchase with another estate agent. The regal estates team did what no other local estate agents could manage, and sold our property in a very difficult house sale climate. We went through multiple commonly known local estate agents, who provided a poor service. Whereas, Regal estate provided the highest quality in terms of service, particularly with regular and professional communications, and good client handling on both sides.

The whole process was made to be stress free, she smooth throughout. We were correctly and expertly advised on the selling price, reputable solicitors and kept up to date if every aspect of our sale.

Could not recommend highly enough. We would use Regal Estates again in a heart beat for both buying and selling property.
