We had the company director, Mr Chris Jackson visit us at home to discuss the types of awnings we could have and on the same day he "surveyed" the wall where the awning was going to be fitted and we placed an order. When the installation team arrived to mount the awning, they said that the brackets were the wrong type saying they were not strong enough to hold the awning and they had to come back another day with the correct ones. After several days the men returned to fit the awning with different brackets. We were happy with it and hadn't used it much until one day we heard a loud bang and found that the awning had fallen onto the floor (luckily it was closed at that time). It took some help from some of our neighbours to lift it to make the area safer and after careful consideration and the possibility of further damage to our walls in the future, we wanted to return the awning back to Regal. When we contacted the director about this he said that he wouldn't accept the return offering to re-install the awning with larger fittings and a sensor. My thinking is that if we needed larger brackets and a sensor, why wasn't that offered in the first place? After speaking to them about this at length, my trust in Regal unfortunately was not the same. I am disappointed.

Delightful company to deal with, honest and straightforward. Gave excellent advice and both the installation & the people we dealt with were brilliant. The awning is all we hoped for and guaranteed not to fail but in the unlikely event there is ever a problem we know they will be on hand to fix it without any fuss.

Really good experience all-round in June '26. Simple meeting at home, plenty of advice but no hard-sell. In fact, almost no sell at all.

Motorised awning installation in June 2026. We have had a really positive experience with Regal Awnings. Chris came round our house to scope the area and recommended the best product for our requirements and had physical samples for us to customise our product. When it came to installation, the teams visited on two separate occasions for ground prep and then frame installation, and both times they were friendly and professional - even when the temperatures were ridiculously hot outside.

The awning only took half a day to install and the finished product is stunning and exactly to our choices. Now, we have a shaded spot to enjoy our garden with our awning which looks sleek, is high quality and adds another dimension to our outdoor living space. I would highly recommend Regal Awnings to anyone looking for outside cover/shading solutions.

Fitted by a professional team of guys who took care to ensure the awning (which looks stunning) was fitted with precision above the exterior kitchen wall.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Well run and organised company. Went for side to garage option which required posts concreted into ground. Team carefully removed tiling, dug hole, mixed concrete, levelled posts and fitted awning. And all looking perfect. Thank you!

A very efficient Company. Everything went so smoothly and I absolutely love my new Regal Blind. The installers were a delight they were polite friendly they cleared everything up beautifully. I thoroughly recommend Regal, their blinds are very high quality as is their service.

Two men arrived and worked really quickly and tidily. My blind is long and it is amazing! I have already been using it in my hot south facing garden.

Arrived early, unloaded their equipmen. Then cnsulted me about he position of the awning. Very pleasant and understanding, they agreed with the position I wanted. On completion, demonstrated the operation and the adjustments I could do if required. Cleaned up and were finished within about 3 hours. Happy and satisfied customer!

Certainly not a company for anyone wanting a ‘cheap fix’ but you get what you pay for and I am confident we will get years of problem-free use of the awning now attached to our house.
