Horrible customer service when you have a problem. Never proactive communication and had to chase them for updates. And now due to the age of the order, customer service replied they could not do anything further. The unnecessary length of time to resolve the problem (damage goods) was caused by their lack of follow up. Do not buy from them unless you want to chance it.

Bad products. Waste money. It is not recomanded.

It's a messed up company. I ordered a address sign and they never put the house number. I contacted them and they would not even try to resolve my issue. They stated I never put a house number. Contacted company as light didn't work. They stalled me by saying replacement had been sent but it never arrived. I was too late for my paypal claim. Emailed again and now all I get is automated response. Would jot recommend.

Placed an order for the "what the moon looked like . . ." as a birthday gift for my wife on March 8th 2025. Today is March 28th and I have not received my order.
Reached out to Customer Sevice Team by Contact Us option. Explained that I have been tracking my purchase by the tracking number that was sent to me and item never left China. Yet there was a message that item was returned to sender. Why? My address is legitimate and verified through local Postal Office. Reached out again and awaiting response.

My light never came on I complained they just said send them a video I send 3 times. Then they said they can’t do anything about it because they no longer deal with people who made it and can’t refund my money 45.00 But they no problem getting the money.They are bad business please don’t buy from them

very disappointed with the product. I ordered a 'this is what the moon looked like' as a gift for my husband. The quality of the product is horrible, was made on a A4 size chart paper with a horrible frame which keeps falling apart. Complete waste of money, you are better off making this on your own at a nearby office works or target. It also took the company to over 20 days to get it delivered.

Ordered the 3d Cartoon picture…results were 100% horrible. When I contacted them, here is how they responded….”Upon reviewing the image provided, we have determined that the 3D cartoon memory photo was designed according to the specifications of the image you submitted. Therefore we do not see any issue with the item itself. As the product was custom made based on your image, it may not have the same pop and color as the generic images used in our advertisements. These images are often enhanced for marketing purposes.”
In other words, the images they use are all fake and your item will NOT turn out as you would think. My advice, do not purchase anything from Regal Maison.

Should have realised they are in China. Purchased a Personalized Solar Modern Door Number / street Plaque. On arrival it was scratched all over the face, no holes for screwing to the wall, rectangular hole cut in the middle for some reason. Complained and sent photographs but automatic acknowledgement but nothing else despite numerous emails to them. Complete waste of money.

Horrible service, I ordered something from them and I didn’t received my order because the driver left the package outside of the building, I try to contact this company to see how we can resolve and they don’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend.

Regal Maison is a complete disappointment. Their Personalized Solar Modern Door Plaque is cheaply made, and their so-called "Lifetime Warranty" is meaningless.

Within just a few weeks, the solar-powered light started failing—after a full day of charging in the sun, it barely stayed on for a few minutes before flickering and dying completely. I reached out to their customer service, providing video evidence of the defect, expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, they ignored the fact that it was faulty and dismissed the warranty I had paid for. Since then, my follow-up emails have been ignored.

Their response? A ridiculous claim that refunds or replacements are only available within three days of delivery. Three days? That’s not a warranty—that’s a deliberate way to avoid responsibility. Regal Maison sells low-quality products and hides behind deceptive policies to avoid helping customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

I dont recomand the site its a scam.
I order two pair of rings în november 2024 and I havent recive yet.
I ask for the money back and they told that I am frustrated about the situatione!!!!!!
They act like nothing happend they dont care at all.

They sell you damaged or faulty goods,when you complain they just ignore you,not a good company to deal with and judging by their reviews I'm not the only customer to be treated this way,dont buy anything from them,scammers

Do not buy from them. I make an order on December and still do not received my order. Only answer with lies.

This company failed to advice delivery coming from China. After emailing to ask expected delivery date, I was blamed for using the wrong address. There is nothing wrong with the addressi used and is even the recommended address by united postal service. The company also failed to answer my question about expected delivery. Absolute rubbish for a company. They shouldn't be allowed to sell in the United States after seeing the long list of poor reviews.

Waited like a fool for 3 months, got scammed . Given the run around. Don’t waste your time or money
