Fantastic service from regal. Very competitive price. Friendly efficient team and moved very quickly. Office support teams also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The team of three removals men, were professional, courteous and very helpful.

Regal Moving Company moved my upright piano locally. They were on time on the removal date, and did a very professional job with lots of care for my 61 year old piano. It wasn’t an easy job but they completed it successfully.

From when I first contacted them and to the moving day it has been a great experience! Office and Surveyor team are great..... the movers on the day fantastic had a laugh and they worked unbelievably hard. Made the move easy and wr had no stress at all!

Efficient, courteous and fast... the moving day was made so much easier, made it much less stressful for us on the day.

Regal were superb, from the initial survey to cost the job to the team in the office dealing with the given quote and confirming my moving date to the guys on the moving day itself. Moving is such a stressful process but the whole Regal team made it all so easy on the day! The removal guys on the day of moving worked so hard and didn't stop. The weather was terrible but this just didn't stop them! From the first box onto the lorry to the last box off the lorry at my new place the guys were superb! Price was also very reasonable and worth every penny! Why use anyone else?

We received a letter from Regal
"Congratulations on your house sale!"
We contacted them as our house isn't even on the market. They've blamed a third party they use to mailshot people but haven't told us where, specifically, they got that information from. So we have to spend our time and money to contact Land Registry to ensure that our property hasn't been illegally sold by criminals claiming to own the property. Simply telling us specifically where they got that information from (and not blaming a third party who didn't send us that letter) would have sufficed. This was unsolicited and potentially in breach of GDPR Laws. We are acting accordingly.

Edit - Regal have now requested further information but they have all of this already. Suggest they contact Iona at their Dartford office.

Professional and helpful team. Everything was explained in detail from the beginning so we were fully informed. We used the packing service as well as removal and this was done swiftly and efficiently. We would highly recommend.

The team that moved us were amazing and really took a lot of the stress of the moving day off us.

Moving our stuff over 3 days (the day before; moving day and the day after), including dismantling beds and wardrobes and rebuilding them in the new house. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend.

The team who moved us were amazing - they worked flat out and despite the amount of furniture we had and the distance we had to travel they managed to get us moved in a single day. Couldn't fault them.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Best quote we had too. The two chaps who did the move over two days were very respectful of our belongings and property. Nothing was too much trouble and they were quick workers. It made what can be a stressful experience very relaxed.
