I'm obsessed ,I love it so much, regarding size I'm an 18 in the ring finger so I got an 18, it's kinda loose so I wear it on my index, maybe there are sizing differences between the UK and Spain and I didn't notice, if not, get a size down

Beautiful silver band, in a gothic style (genuine silver) with the gold, little coffin sitting on the top. Very detailed, especially the skeleton, almost anatomical, which is quite amusing, because I'm working in Healthcare 😂 Size small fits perfectly, it's definitely UK M and US 6, so please use the guidelines for sizing, it's very accurate.
