I bought this and it came looking filthy. Emailed the customer services team and sent them images. Apparently that's the style... They said I could return it for a refund or store credit with a 20% code. I would have to pay for postage so I've just kept it. I've put it through my jewellery cleaner. Looks a bit better now but 100% was sent used. I've spent a lot with Regal Rose and this is the first item I was so disappointed with.
It's beautyfull, but the chain for the closeing could be longer. I have to use the last chainlink. Do if my neck would be Bagger i can't use it anymore.
