The item I received was unwearable as it was a singular Cartlidge stud earring with a pendant too big to wear anywhere on the ear. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it was a pair as could have been worn on the lobes. Reached out to customer service to request an exchange or refund and no solution was offered. Very disappointing. Do not recommend lucky dip as it was a complete waste of my money.

Got some beautiful silver moon hoop earrings that match my vibe perfectly. I don't know how they pick, but they picked right, and in the same coloured metal as the rest of my order (thank god, I hate gold)
