They click closed in a strong way but aren't too tough to open or anything. I love the way they look and the variety in patterns on them

not too heavy but have a weight to them
A nice heavy metal material. They stay in my hair well when I put them on plaits etc which is nice because my hair is very straight and fine, so beads and clips often fall out. These ones stay put and look really pretty!
