I love love love the jewelry box. And I wanted to love the necklace so badly, but it constantly flips up & looks weird. I thought I may have had it on backwards, but no matter what way I put it on, it just flips & the cute diamond shap part that it supposed to sit flat just sticks up.

First time buyer , but have been browsing for years! Ended up purchasing a ring for my partner for his birthday. I was a little worried about sizing , but it ended up fitting him!! Beautiful ring. Came in a nice little box with cleaning cloth and stickers.

My sister really liked the earrings but just one complaint I have is that the package looked like it had been opened or handled improperly. Idk. The packaging of the actual product was really pretty as well.

I've bought several necklaces and rings from this company over the years and the longevity and quality of the pieces has never degraded. Shipping is fast and though the prices seem high the quality is unmatched.

The peridot and ivy ring looks very good (the peridot I received has excellent clarity and color and is genuine — it shows double refraction). I hope it remains a permanent part of the collection, as it is a very well-designed piece.

The other products I have ordered over time have also met my expectations.

In a previous order, there was a minor issue involving a significant delay and a tracking status that appeared stuck, to the point where I assumed the package had been lost. However, customer support handled the situation impeccably by resending the items. In the end, the original package was also found and returned to the store.

So far, I truly have nothing to complain about — I hope you continue in the same way.
