Your a scam site
Your terms and conditions clearly say for the prize wheel whatever cash you get you need to wager it x20 and if you wager it you get x5
So on 5 occasions I got £2 bonus on the prize wheel I waged it on 5 different occasions and I should of been able to withdraw the £10 but there a scam they keep all the old prize wheel bonus so for instance if I do the wheel on 3 different days and lose they all stay there so on the 4th day you need to wager the £2 x20 on all 4 so you need to wager x80 instead of what they advise.
Onto of all this I've emailed them over a week ago and 3 days ago and no reply there customer service is absolutely crap.
Stay away from this scam site you been warned.

I have been a winner of a Sainsbury’s shopping voucher of £120 recently. Also I have received optional free gifts, chocolates - appreciated, the branded items are probably a waste but understandable. These have been a really nice touch as most casinos seem to have stepped away from these ideas. This experience has been very good, as is withdrawals, but the overall gameplay, bonus issues mentioned by others about wagering through multiple bonuses leaves the player confused is a valid criticism I’ve read elsewhere. Regal Wins took my money even after being notified it was a fraudulent transaction
Whilst I have never used any gambling site. Regal Wins were notified by my bank that a pending transaction was fraudulent and still they took my money a few days later.
