Slow identification process
Slow identification process! I've never known a casino take this long with requesting and accepting documents. No emails to request I'd after stopping my withdrawal and locking my account. No emails to say they have received my documents. After I got on chat I received one email from them requesting more identification. my account has been locked for over two weeks now everything they have asked for sent in. I hope there is not much longer to wait now. But I wouldn't hold my breath!

Said I'd won £5000 but it never showed up. Can't deposit money but they keep sending me emails to say that it should now work. They say they send me promotional items but nothing received.
Either something going seriously wrong or they are a bunch of crooks!

Best bonuses ever but 8 times out of 10 they will not be credited and customer service will not help
LuckyVip, regalwins, luckypants bingo, bella casino, grosvenor casino and others are all par of the same ownership. They offer crazy inviting promotions and bonuses but 2 thirds of the times they don't work. Coustomer service do all they can not to help: They first say you did not opt in to the promo. Then when you provide them with a screenshot they say "you played £9.80 instead of 10.
Also at least twice CASH money has disappeared from my account.
Really stay away!!! Rather play with the National lottery or with othe more serious casinos!!!!

Excellent with around 6 hour withdrawal on a Sunday deposited £10 and had 3 withdrawals completed at £450 , £1550 and £150 all for a tenner!

At 1st not to bad then they removed most of there games as in live games like lightning roulette not a bad payout time tho pretty much instant.
However as of late they decided to block my account even tho the money I took out then put back in was profit off them and now it’s under review as a audit the response from there team is a joke you can never get in touch with them quick enough then there response is it’s getting checked by the audit team which the don’t have a contact number for and I still have over £1000 in there there team on the audit team must be thick if they can’t see where my money has come and the slowest workers in the world
