Absolutely terrible website...Dont ever play with them...I Put 200£ deposit and after that they locked my account.When i texted them they opened it again and i try to withdrawal my money back.After 2 hours they sent me email asking to explain why i want to withdrawal my money without any activity in their website and they and also they gonna sent my money back in the website and lock it again.......I will open a case for sure......STAY AWAY OF THEM!!!!

Hi i try withdrawal my money fro. Account and it just goes back on site can u help me the card registration is ending in other card is old one I had new card come. ? Won't let me withdraw

Total rubbish, i deposited £200 through PayPal after this they locked my account. I opened case on PayPal to get my money back. Then they answered on Paypal i have to close case because they cant make refund if case is opened, so i did anf course it was
big mistake. After this i sent message ... no replay, no money. All people should open court case for this company!!!

AVOID!!!!! This site really needs to be investigated asap!! I was allowed to deposit £50 and before I was able to play a penny of it my account was closed and I have now been battling for over two weeks to get my deposit back. I cannot get onto the site to withdraw and every time I contact support I get a stock message telling me someone will reply within a couple of days but have not had one response. I am going to go to my bank to see if they can do anything as it’s clearly a scam site but everyone needs to report they’re issues higher and get the site taken down!! Would leave negative stars if I could!!

Total scam. Deposited £20 and it said my transaction was declined. Checked my bank account and they have taken the money out. Beware this is a fake scam site.

Slow and constant error 400. Doesn't pay out and bonus reels rare.

I like this site but every 5 minutes it crashes saying can’t find webpage or header too large so you spend more time trying to get back on it than actually playing. This happens in mobile and PC. Had no problem with withdrawals though, super fast, no problems so far. Just wish it worked better.

I made one deposit on this website played it but when I made another deposit I cannot get onto the site. Keeps telling me that there is an error but I want to get my second deposit refunded to me. I can’t access any phone number chat to be able to get in touch with them. I just want my money back

Signed up last night deposited £10 and then my account was closed.
Tried the live chat but was waiting for over 30 minutes and was still position 1. Tried live chat again this morning and got through.
Was told that they wanted bank statements/payslips ect.
The site is a complete joke.
After saying I am not giving out personal information up on joining the site and it never asked for it while registering or before I deposited I then asked for my £10 back. They did say they have sent it back but will take 3-5 working days.
This chat also took over 30 minutes to resolve although it wasn’t a particularly long chat. It seems to me like it takes them a millennium just to solve a simple issue. A huge amount of work needed on this site. They should make sure it dose all its checks before you deposit as well. There’s no point telling us there regulations ect and expect us to be okay after we have deposited to then be asked for personal information. I then felt to say well tour site regulations are shoot for me.

Honestly, I can't cope, I top up, page goes down, I try to get back on, page gone or owner removed page. Finally it let's me on, page then goes down. This has to be the worse site I have ever played on. The site does not stay up for longer than 5 minutes. It has done it for last 2 weeks. Soon as try or manage to deposit site goes down. Finally comes back get to log on a game. Site goes down. Sort it out

These bad reviews I’m quite shocked. I have never had a problem with regal wins, they pay out so fast usually within the next 30mins, I have entered plenty of promos with them and have won a few Amazon vouchers and even a robot hoover!
Sometimes the payouts aren’t great but I still enjoy playing and have some pretty big wins before. All paid out instantly.
