Brilliant service from these guys and delivery was arranged within a week as the table set was in stock.

We also went back and purchased a large L shape sofa again delivery has been arranged within a week.

We have used this company several times now and they are always reasonable with their prices whilst also selling quality products.

Garden furniture in stock at a reasonable price compared to others, good customer service who was able to answer queries and arrange delivery within a week, and a good delivery team. Just need good weather, can you arrange that?

Delivery was amazing, only a week after I popped in and purchased it, delivered by 2 incredibly nice and helpful guys!
Minimal and very easy assembly for the table and that was it!
It's excellent quality and I know it's going to be a long lasting piece of furniture!
So glad I invested in this instead of the cheap versions I had originally been looking at online!

Really helpful before ordering and went above and beyond after we encountered a slight issue on delivery. Special mention to Rebecca who helped us before we ordered & then Charlotte and Jim who provided fantastic after care and customer service resolving the issue really quickly.
Product is lovely, good quality- looking forward to the summer now to enjoy it!
The instructions could do with a little more info but that aside it was fairly easy to assemble. The Danbury is a lovely suite. Really happy with our purchase!

Excellent customer service and quality of furniture

I was very pleased with the way in which my order was processed together with a prompt delivery service, however, unfortunately the coffee table which came as part of the set was of a different colour and therefore doesn’t match the chairs. The chairs were grey as ordered but the table as delivered was dark brown, not as ordered.
Regatta have since been in touch and resolved the matter promptly so we feel they deserve 4 stars.

Have been shopping here for years , they always have such a great selection and we always find what we are looking for. Delivery is great too , and if anything is wrong you just send them an email and they will exchange and deliver new, what’s not to like, thku for our new garden loungers can’t wait to use them

Great large Dinning set. Really good quality product. Had a issue with wrong chairs on delivery... But all I can say is that within 1 hour of my call they had replaced all the chairs for correct style & taken away all the boxes. Great response to resolve a problem. I can recommend this company for value, quality & costumer service
