The light fittings are stylish and modern. The service from Regenbogan was very good and the goods arrived quickly and very well packaged.
The only negative is that the glass shades are very delicate and couid crack easily. Replacement shades are not available in the UK so it would be a very costly import.

Bought two chandeliers at high value. One of them were missing crystal balls and they wanted to charge me £100 for delivery off the crystal balls that they didn’t supply. Absolutely the worst no one should order.

Ordering was easy, as usual, but the P&P was much higher than I expected (post Brexit). However, similar products on UK sites, cost much the same even with free P&P and weren't as good quality or intricacy as the one from Regenbogen. This is the light store I go to for what I need and they have not disappointed.
The delivery time of 3-5 days was extended by DHL, but not as long as their initial estimate, so only to 7 days, and since I wasn't in a hurry for this light, that was not a problem for me. I will continue to use this site as my first choice in light fittings! I'm glad I ordered when I saw the light fitting, because it is already out of stock!

Lovely lights, well packaged, and arrived on time with no customs issues. Easy to speak to a real person, rather than a machine, and staff are helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.. This is a company I highly recommended.

Rang before purchase to clarify some information. Agent was very abrupt and quite rude.
Paid extra at £120 for express delivery (1-2 working days) arrived in 3 working days. Not the longest delay at all, but considering I paid extra for the service, I’d expect to receive this service.

Bought this through Amazon and it arrived in perfect condition very quickly. It is stunning and beautiful and worth double!
Putting it together too two hours as you have to hang all of the glass yourself but the finished result was worth the time. Stunning!

Great service and fast delivery!

The product ended up being very good and meeting expectations. However, the 3 hours it took me to assemble was way beyond anything I had expected and the instructions were wholly inadequate. I had to get some additional instructions via email. Also the method of joining wires used was poor and very difficult.

My parcel containing two wall light arrived within the expected time and were very well packed. The service was very efficient and easy and the products were perfect and very reasonably priced. I would certainly purchase from RegenBogen again.

Lovely light

I recently purchased a ceiling light Demarkt Modern 8-arm ceiling light. Delivered by DHL in an impressively well thought packaging by Regenbogen.
Fixing pack even included a white cotton glove. When I finished installing it the look is even more attractive than on the online photos.
The only problem was the front finish of the glass shades - rough cuts and a lot of chipped edges both inside and outside, a clear indication that the glass worker didn't take the time to smooth out the edges. Interesting as the rear entry was finely finished. I managed to rectify the minor defects with a fine& medium grit diamond file.
Otherwise a really pretty shade design with a good thickness.
I reported the chipped problem to the customer services and to my total surprise in less than 24 hours I got a reply explaining that a replacement for the chipped shade will be sent. A further email provided the arrival date. Today i received the replacement.
All in all very impressed with the service. Now I'm looking to purchase another ceiling lamp for a bedroom from Regenbogen.

Until the light is fitted I cannot comment on its operation. However the light arrived with the flimsy cardboard packaging damaged so I seriously hope the light is not damaged. The packaging should be improved upon bearing in mind the fragility of the product. I’m hoping the light comes up to it’s expectation.

Very nice and stylish ceiling light for my dinning room! I succeeded to put it up easily. The only problem I had was with the payment when I put the order online. An error came up and I didn't know whether it was made or not. The email confirmed the order and the payment was done though..

The lights are well made and are very good quality and value.

I bought 3 of the same kind of Tiffany style lamps. Unfortunately the quality was poor because the glass didn't match up to the base and all 3 lamps looked so shabby that I just gave in the towel and gave them away. They deliver their products promptly, and they have friendly service, it's such a shame their products are not very good. I think you would get better value for money by throwing a few fifty pound notes out the window than buying lights from this company.

Prompt delivery. Quality product just the size too big. Difficulty contacting customer service department but made contact in the end. Just wish there were shops or showrooms in the UK
