Love the light, poor packing and delivery
Love the light, it is fantastic and looks great. Dismal delivery service, wasn’t packaged properly so arrived as if you’d just bought it off the shelf with minimal protection. As a result, light was badly damaged. Can supply pictures of both light and packaging. Husband has managed to re-straighten chrome base unit but poor service.

Excellent quality. Well-packaged goods that are made to a very high standard. Very little plastic use. Mostly wood and metal. This stuff is going to last forever. Will definitely be using regen bogen again. Thanks for the quality light fittings.

Good quality fittings, instructions a bit vague and "pins" holding crystals a bit fiddly to bend into correct shape each time.

Comes in parts needs an electrician to assemble.
Received these lights promptly but was not expecting them to arrive in so many parts with loose wires that need connecting to join the arms and the main body. Instructions not clear only diagram and have had to pay an electrician to assemble and fit these. Would not order again. Very disappointed.
