New Forest Gades Regency Park Homes

Recently taken over from Royal Life which went into administration and they inherited a few problems with the park. I have found that they are rectifying these problems . I must mention Aiden who works in the office on the park and manages the viewing and sales.He is honest hard working funny helpful efficient and friendly but at the same time professional The two groundsmen Paul and Phil keep the park clean and tidy and always helpful. They too have a great sense of humor

The whole experience went very well as…

The whole experience went very well as we were kept well informed by our Regency Living representative. New start in my new home

I’ve lived here on my own (except for Tiddy the cat) for 9 months now and I’m feeling really settled. The area is close enough to Bude but in the countryside. I did have some snagging problems at the start like you do in any new home but they seem to be much easier to rectify in these types of buildings. The staff ( Lisa in Sales and Jo ) couldn’t have been more helpful and when I first moved in Lisa even came in on her days off and in vile weather to check that I was OK as she knew I was on my own which I really appreciated. You feel safe knowing that there are people there if you need them. For me it was a really good move. Thanks everyone 😁

Hopeful buyers

We have recently started the process of buying a park home but have run into difficulties with our own property. Both Lisa and Chris have been very supportive and are trying to help us through the process so we can move in to our new home hopefully in the near future

Have now been a resident for 6 months

Have now been a resident for 6 months, after a shaky start due to some small issues with our home which have now been addressed.

The new owners Regency Living seems to be addressing problems left to them by royal life,Which won't be done over night .
Personally i have found lisa, the Sales rep, and Joanne the site manager nothing but polite and helpful. Yes their's still things that can be done, but like i said will take time.
Me and my wife are happy we made move,
