I live on Dolbeare Court in Landrake Cornwall.
When I bought my park home it was with a company named Royalelife. Since then Regency Living have taken over the park and have made good progress in making the park look good and have spent a lot of money on services such as mains electric and putting in main sewage works. I am so pleased with the park home I live in and the surrounding countryside. Sue the sales women is so helpful . My last review was a negative one due to the last owners who owned the park. The park homes that they have on sale are so modern and have everything a modern house would have. I love living here.
There are a few issues that need to be sorted but other than that life is generally good on Dolbeare Court .

A worrying time
We purchased a park home through a part-exchange scheme with Regency Living, and initially, the experience was very positive. The process at the beginning was smooth, and we felt confident and happy with our decision.
We moved in and started planning our retirement living in such a beautiful setting.
You can read our story on the Omar website and Regency have used us in a case study on their advertising campaign, which we were happy for them to do.
After spending a sizeable amount on perfecting our forever home, unfortunately we started to encounter problems with over hanging branches from the boundary of the park.
Our residents association team are working tirelessly to help resolve this issue which is ongoing but not looking hopeful.
Therefore, six months down the line, what started as a promising and reassuring move has turned into a worrying time for us.
My advice to anyone buying a property on Forest Edge Court would be:
Yes it is beautiful, friendly and a lovely place to live.
Just don't spend your hard earned money on a property on Bunnywood Drive backing onto the forest as you will have the threat and worry of branches falling onto your property and the risk of hurting us and our dog and ruining our lives.

We are, however, sorry to hear of your ongoing concerns regarding the overhanging branches along the boundary of Bunnywood Drive.
Following discussions with the Forestry Commission, Regency Living has been granted permission to undertake works to cut back the overhanging branches. However, after the Forestry Commission carried out their own assessment, the trees have not been deemed dangerous or at risk, and therefore such works are not considered necessary at this time.
While we recognise residents’ concerns regarding safety and the impact on their homes, we will continue to monitor the situation in line with the Forestry Commission’s guidance. We would also encourage any further concerns of this nature to be raised directly with the Forestry Commission as the responsible landowner.
We remain committed to maintaining the areas within our control to a high standard and to supporting residents where we are able within the scope of our responsibilities.
Regency Heights park home Poole, Dorset
We've e just moved to Regency Heights residential park home, the site manager Aiden has been great! Always helpful, attentive, friendly and caring. He has made the move so much easier than it might have been, because he listened to our needs. My husband has MND and struggles with his mobility, but Aiden has been kind and patiently waiting for him to mobilize. He's acted promptly when needed, and sorted out the little problems like arranging to have the water meter moved to accommodate the ramp needed for access to the decking for the wheelchair. I would highly recommend this site, and having such a lovely man managing it makes all the difference in the world.

We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Lisa at Reculver Court. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide clear, honest information.
Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with the purchase, this was purely a personal decision, and not a reflection of the service we received. Throughout the process, she was supportive, patient, and never pushy, which we really appreciated.
It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering a home at Reculver Court.

This led to us making an offer there and then and yesterday, having been guided through the purchasing documents (9 days later!) we took possession of the keys for our next beautiful home.

Reculver Court Visit
We visited Reculver Court on the open weekend. Lisa greeted us & was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & patient with us while showing us some lovely homes. Although none of them are suitable for us at the moment, we liked the park & would consider another visit in the future.

We went to the showroom on a whim. We liked the location of the park and were interested to see what was offered. We were greeted by Lisa in a very warm and friendly manner. Her tour of the various show homes was knowledgeable and wonderfully paced. They are beautiful properties and although we are not yet ready to move, we will be looking at something and somewhere similar in the future.

Moving into Regency Park Home
We have eventually moved into a fantastic Regency Park Home after living in our previous home for 39 years. This is now our retirement residence and thankfully we have received lots of assistance from Regency Homes to make the transition easier.
This assistance has been provided by Olivia Borham, Belinda Cadwallader both of whom we found nothing was too much trouble in helping us achieve this successful move.

The onsite sales advisor, Lisa, was
absolutely fantastic. Totally professional, knowledgeable, approachable and very personable.
Time wasn't an issue and Lisa allowed us to see a selection of park homes and return to view a couple we were interested in.
We didn't feel pressurised to commit to a purchase and left to consider our options.
