worst service ever

I sent my OP3T and my OP7T pro Mclaren edition to repair.
In the first case they say "mechanical damage to the power button" and it's true but the have to change the mainboard? Why???
The OP7T pro mclaren had the cameras which fog up often since the first days and the say liquid damage in the mainboard. I asked for more details but nothing received.
The OP3T was 3 years old so I can pass it but the 7t pro, payed 859 euros, was only 4 months.
Worst service ever

TomTom support sent pre-paid UPS…

TomTom support sent pre-paid UPS sticker to Regenersis Romania for in warranty repair of satnav ... I dropped parcel off at a local UPS 'access point' on Monday evening, item was returned, as good condition as sent, with the fault repaired, by Friday morning same week. Following the UPS tracking info, the item was at Regenersis for probably less than 24hrs. Genuine repair, no attempt to push blame for fault on to me, or deny the existance of the fault, or anything like that. Just quick genuine service. From my 1 single experience on this occasion I'd happily use again (though glad I didn't check the other reviews on here before sending!). How a company handles a fault in warranty can really be make or break for them - at least in this case TomTom / Regenersis have definitely increased my likelihood of buying another TomTom device in future (notwithstanding the device got the fault in the first place! But they - Regenersis on behalf of TomTom - fixed it as well, and as efficiently as could be asked).

dont even deserve 1 star

My htc 10 is halfway through its warranty, and the battery life has dropped to just a few minutes from a full charge, i contacted htc and they had me send my phone to regenersis via a prepaid ups label, despite ups claiming they delivered the device on the 21/09/2018 i received an email from htc claiming the phone had just arrived on the 26th... then again the tracking info on their page was updated to say that it only arrived on the 01/10/2018... on the 9/10/2018 i received an email informing me that my phone will not be covered under warranty due to water damage and physical damage (the phone was as new when i sent it. they have been kind enough to send me an invoice for over £500 including a new motherboard both cameras and virtually every other component including plastic sim trays. i have emailed htc informing them of my intentions of taking this issue to court if it is not resolved

Avoiding at any cost!

I strongly advise everyone who comes into contact with this company to do their best to avoid calling their "services", are incredibly disrespectful, incredibly "important" and do anything for their intervention is only working in their favor. They have the nerve to ask for payment prior to receiving / testing the repaired phone and propose repairs that are above the value of the sent phone, although you have requested a minor intervention! They behave the same whether you are a person or a subscriber of a well known company, no matter what that one is. Companies that I do not really understand reasons of their service assignment to such groups as Regenersis, such decisions do only damage their own brand services!

CTDI WORST SERVICE CENTER IN THE WORLD

Never ever buy a HTC boys and girls, never!. I work in an authorized repair center. We repair almost all brands except HTC. I don't know what was I thinking, but at some point I've figured to buy HTC 10, because at that time it was the best choice of quality, price, speed. So, after half a year of usage, a white spot appeared on the display. I thought it's too small for a warranty repair, so I have waited till something more will happen. And after a year of usage, the screen started to glue off. So I had to send my device to CTDI (former regenersis), because our firm doesn't repair HTC. And what do you think? It comes as water damage in the USB port. This "water damage" looks like a flux or traces of glue. And even if it would be water damage, it would never have any impact to the phone's working. In our repair center this would never been warranty void, because it's too questionable.
Not only that they have voided the warranty, they have damaged 1 of the antennas and USB component. I have been in contact with HTC which is useless. When I asked if HTC is o er CTDI, they said HTC is over CTDI, but with their responses is otherwise. So don't count on the help of customer service because they have 0 influence over repair center. So in general, my phone came with warranty void and damaged that can't be used anymore. So if you are wondering to buy a phone that will be repaired by CTDI, don't!!!!! Or you will be stuck in my place.

Please, don't buy HTC. They are good phones, but if you will have to repair it, you're done for.

18 month old HTC10 sent to them as…

18 month old HTC10 sent to them as required by HTC, the unit was caught in a 'boot loop' after a 'system/service upgrade, the unit would respond to nothing other than try to boot - stop - try to boot, it went on & on until the battery ran down!

This outfit diagnosed the problem as water damage so therefore 'out of warranty' when the phone was returned it included a repair bill for £566.99, generated in Poland!

I know that this phone has never been in contact with water or high humidity, even the visible LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator) has not been tripped. All this has led to a wrangle with HTC who are worse than useless, I know they are fobbing me off to try and get rid of me. They sent me a photograph of the supposed water damage - it could have been any old phone, I'm convinced it wasn't mine as it doesn't even look like the inside of the HTC10. Well they certainly have got rid of me, as I will never use a HTC unit again, shame really because I liked their phones.

Returns porcess is dodgy and send to poland your cost - htc never again!

Had a htc u11+ for 48 hours camera seemed to have a weird yellow haze to it and seemed to have a issue focusing - contacted HTC uk to get it refunded after sending me a repair form to send to Huntington in uk. I called to say i asked for a refund as its so new. i was told to ignore that form as its system generated - asked obviously for a written answer to that as seemed odd. The address is now poland... at my expense. seems all HTC returns are to go to poland... never again will i order from them.

I have had htc phones for 8 years but …

I have had htc phones for 8 years but my recent experience with them is so utterly appalling that I shall never buy an htc product again.
I had a cycle accident and broke the screen of my htc Ten. I was fully aware that this would not be covered by warranty. I sent it to them and they charged me £190 to replace the screen. I paid it, knowing this was very expensive but I wanted my phone back quickly. It took them FOUR weeks and was not done well. It looked OK but the screen was loose in the bottom left corner so moisture and dust would get in etc.
I complained and was aked to send photographic evidence. I sent a video and they responded by saying the problem was obvious on that video but that they would not refund without me sending the phone back to them for examination. They promised me faithfully that this would be dealt with quickly. The phone has been with them now for a week and all that the utterly hopeless 'experts' that staff their Customer Service department including the so-called 'David Green' is that the matter has been 'escalated' and they are awaiting a decision from htc and I will be informed of that decision in due course.
In the meantime, they have refused to return MY PROPERTY. It is as if they feel that the phone is theirs to do with whatever they please. I have demanded its immediate return but I have no expectation that I will see the phone anytime soon. They seem to take an absolute pride in being rude and unhelpful.
Goodby htc. Never again.

What can I say?

What can I say?
Bought a new HTC U 11 and had it for 3 days.
I got a splash of water on my pants (and I also have witness) , went back to the place I bought it and they had to send the phone to Poland, after 2½ months they say that the warranty will not cover it since there has been water inside the unit.
I have tried to contact them to see how this would happen but the only thing they blame is on me and telling that there is no way there could have been a problem from factory and there is nothing more they can do.
So since I got a new phone from the place I bought the first HTC (since all though that this will be a warranty issue) and now I have to pay for the second phone also. (each phone costed around 700$)

So thank you HTC for not giving an explanation or even consider that this could be a bad phone I got from factory.

Last time a put my money on HTC and I hope they will go under and all the morons among them will soon be unemployed.

Stay away from HTC

Worst service ever! Rip off!

Sent my 11 month old HTC 10 for repair as it was randomly restarting and getting stuck in boot loops a few days after an android update. Received an automated email saying that my phone was damaged hence out of warranty and £300 jargon quote mentioning screen, fingerprint reader and motherboard.
Got a picture from the chat supposedly claiming water damage that doesn't allow me to identify my phone. My phone was in mint condition, never ever fell into water, screen and fingerprint reader working fine.
HTC customer service is appalling. Chat claims that the photo is the proof. Email support doesn't reply...
I've asked for my phone back yesterday but had to ask the chat to confirm payment. I will receive my phone next week hopefuly and will sort it out myself. And take the case to the small claim court.

Update a year later. My phone works fine, it sorted itself out a few weeks after having it returned, it was definitely software issue.
However the screen got damaged during 'repair'. Now has scratches on the screen probably due to the opening of the phone. Still appalled by the service and will definitely never ever buy HTC again.
Beware and stay away from the repair centre!

Damaged my phone

My oneplus 3 was sent to them (arranged by oneplus.net) for a camera repair under warranty. It was in immaculate condition cosmetically (thankfully I have proof via pics). It came back to me, with scratches so down the side, a hole in the casing and the corner chipped.
So my advice is take photos of your phone before posting

Excellent repair, if just on time

Broke screen on my brand new oneplus3 and was a little concerned that I had to ship to regenersis in Poland arranged by oneplus service desk. Took a while to inspect and cost had to be paid by bank transfer in EUR, but the phone arrived bang on 10 working days after sending in a like new condition with a free case in original packaging. Good value and wouldn't worry about using again

Awful service - rip off

Having sent a HTC in for repair to software I was told it would not be repaired under warranty due to screen damage. There was no damage on the phone at all. Eventually they sent my phone back & after lots of pestering a photo they claimed to be my handset. I explained to them that was not my phone but all the response I have had from HTC is that the photo is proof it is my phone.

Get nowhere with HTC. The person on the LiveChat help claims there is no one higher than him.

Really bad

Poor technical competence. I had a problem in a mobile phone that was for the service center of REGENERSIS 4 times and still the problem has not been solved.
Response time too long

fast

It took 6 days from pick up to drop off. Super quick. Didn't try charging me even though my phone had custom hd revolution Rom on; unlocked and tampered boot loader, and was rooted . My HTC one m7 had a touch screen issues. Bits didn't register my finger on a small part. They fixed it by not just replacing the digitizer but screen and aluminium speaker grills as well. My phones better now than before I sent it. No dents. Or scratches. Well done.

Oh and HTC well done too. They used UPS to pick up and hand deliver it back. Free.

Diabolical Incompetent company

I've been without my phone for 7 weeks now thanks to these guys. they picked it up again today for the 5th time. The previous 4 times they failed to even find an obvious fault with the microphone and just sent it back. I rang numerous times and wrote accompanying letters each time my phone went to them but every time they failed to fix it and fobbed me off with the "after extensie tests we have been unable to replicate a fault on your device"
It doesn't take a genius to realise the microphone doesn't work when the person you are calling cannot hear a word you are saying.
Not very extensive testing in my book.
Customer service full of cr*p and fob you off with lies. I have written proof of this.
Doesn't matter which make of phone you have if there is a problem and you think it is going to the manufacturer for repair, it isn't its going to these imbeciles. It's wrong on a big scale because basically Regenersis have you over a barrel.
