Fix screen but break everything else, rubbish company

Just got my nexus 4 back today after breaking the screen, was extremely pleased with the service until I noticed the volume button was broken, which wasn't even broken before I sent it away so its a pretty impressive error on their behalf, rang them up and I have to send it back to them to look at it, truly appalling service.
Cant believe they sent me back a broken phone!

Thoroughly unprofessional company, ripping off the public, not to mention Samsung.

My Galaxy SII was having problems with random lock-ups. After two go's with a ' Samsung Approved Repair Centre' and no improvement, Samsung arranged with Regenersis 'R' to pick up the phone.

I was instructed by R to bubble pack it well before collection. Their collecting courier DPD refused to collect until and unless I allowed their man to gleefully rip off al the bubble wrap to inspect the phone. He then just dropped the phone into an unpadded plastic envelope. The same thing happened in reverse when they came to deliver. They would not let me open to examine the contents of the package before I signed it as accepted. Tails they won and Heads they won. The Customer to whose home they are collecting or delivering is not to be trusted.

Anyway, on opening the package after receipt I found the phone with a note on blank paper (No name, no signature no details, no logo) stating that the phone was 'blacklisted' and hence could not be used. Regenersys picked up the phone for repair and delivered it, who else could have written that?

Completely outraged I contacted Samsung CS who asked me first to take it to a shop to prove my innocence i.e that the phone was not blacklisted. I did that with two high street outlets including my own network who confirmed that the phone could receive and make phone calls without any problem. The email I wrote back provided both the outlet's name and phone numbers for verification by Samsung.who did not respond at all. By following up after 5 days, they suggested that they will accept written confirmation and only from my Network Provider.

It was as if an allegation has been made by an outsider that I beat up my wife. I could only clear my name if I had a hand written note from her saying otherwise.

Finally I even got my Network Provider to write to them with a copy to me. Another 5 days went before I had to follow up. Customer Services of Samsung indicated that they will only verbally apologise since they are not ( !!! ) responsible for the note written. I could not believe that since it was their own repairers who had collected and returned it. What about my feedback to pass on to Regenersis with the order number?

Now they want same Regenersis to pick it up again for repair. !!
When I protested they (Samsung) said that it will be Regenersis and Regenersis only.
I could just see the smug smile on 'R' seeing how they have got everybody over the barrel.

It has now been almost three weeks. If someone from Regenersis would like to contact me I would appreciate it as you've totally failed so far. Ironic for a company in the communications industry .

One star is the lowest available I could use. Total incompetence, poor organisation, poor communication, no structure for investigating problems, no-one taking responsibility and someone telling total porkies, and insulting ones at that.

Thank you to both Samsung Customer Services and Regenersis. You certainly deserve each other.

Very poor customer service

I broke my screen on my Nexus 4 and contacted LG for repairs. They sent me a letter detailing where to send my phone to etc. So as instructed I sent it via RM special delivery which has track and trace included. I sent it away on the 9th February and to this day, 25th Febuary I still don't have a phone! Best bit is they can't find it even though it has been delivered and signed for by someone at the repair centre in Glasgow. I've had many calls to Regenersis in the past week but still nothing about where my phone is. They can't even find it via the IMEI number! Customer services has so far been friendly enough but it always ends with 'I'll phone you back once I speak to someone at the repair centre' Fact is they never do return that phonecall. What's annoying is 2 weeks in and I haven't even got a quote, let alone have it repaired. I got the impression from LG that this had a fairly quick turnaround and so far that's not the case. Regenersis just admit you've lost/damaged/destroyed my phone...that's what I want to hear!

Poor, slow service. Terrible phone response. And someone is telling porkies.

Sent my Samsung Galaxy Note into Regenersis under warranty. The phone was sent Royal Mail 'signed for' at my own expense and arrived and was signed for by someone at Regenersis the following day.
A week later I phoned Regenersis to find out what was happening and they denied receiving it. Investigation by RM parcels indicated that it had indeed been delivered as shown by the parcel tracking.
The following day Regenersis claimed that RM had 'just delivered it'.
Royal Mail said no, it had been delivered as indicated the previous week and provided the complete tracking log. At this point I began to detect the aroma of fresh porcine pastry savouries.
Two days later I phoned Regenersis to find out what was happening. Er.... nothing. It hadn't been seen by their engineers.
After another two days I phoned again. Had my phone been fixed? Had anyone actually looked at it? They were unable to tell me and no manager was available. Then they cut me off.
I must add that for each of these calls I spent 20-30 minutes on hold before being able to speak to someone; that was when I wasn't cut off by them.
I think I was polite and composed however it is really beginning to get my goat.
I need my phone for work and it has now been almost two weeks. I still have no idea what is happening. If someone from Regenersis would like to contact me I would appreciate it as you've totally failed to communicate so far. Ironic for a company in the communications industry . 07747004547.
I have given one star as I class being lied to as 'rude conduct'. Total incompetence, poor organisation, poor communication, no structure for investigating problems, no-one taking responsibility and someone telling total porkies.

Absolutely shocking

I was told that my phone did not switch on, which was untrue. They didn't want to give me proof of this and kept delaying the process. It took more than a month to resolve my case. I was constantly told that I would get a call back, but never did. The manager was never there, how convenient. And then they simply destroyed the phone! After yet another heated argument they were forced to go back and listen to my recorded calls, and had to pay out as they were at fault as they promised to return the phone to me. I would never recommend this company, terrible service from start to finish.

Slow Service

I sent my phone to them in the packaging arranged by LG. It got to them on the tuesday and it sat there until the friday, Then i was told it needed a part and when the part eventually did arrive i waited again for it to be fitted , Then i waited another day for a quality check on the phone. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PS;- i didn't even have the phone for a full month before it went faulty.

THANKS ALSO TO LG, GIVEN THE TIME I HAD MY PHONE YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT ME A NEW ONE AND TOOK THE OLD ONE BACK. I LIKE MY PHONE BUT NOT THE COMPANIES INVOLVED
