I moved into a flat managed by Regent Property, which was introduced to me by Alex Melton. As an international student, I was delighted with the entire rental process, including but not limited to ren... See more

A very unprofessional company
A very unprofessional company. I am a tenant with them and there has been no end of issues with the property that they have not managed at all.
In addition, they requested their first inspection of the property (I moved in over 2 years ago). They asked if I was free on a certain date. When I said I wasn't they simply replied that they would exercise clause 1.32 anyway and enter the property. Why ask if the date is acceptable then?
If you are looking to rent do not use these guys. I am a homeowner and landlord myself so know what should be expected.
Worst property managers
Worst property managers.
They kept on asking me to pay a renewal fee that I have already settled and given evidence against 3 times now.
The worst,There is not lack of integrity, there is no integrity, there is a price, there is no value, there is legal win, there is moral loss, the worst they are incompetent
Hi The worst,
Canny Corning behaviour, I didn't know that they can go so low to change extra £100 from investors in this way.
I think they are teamed up with Fortis management,
Try to squeeze, corn investors money from services fee, and trick.
I invested property in Sovereign House in Sheffield, after two years guarantee time, everything changed, my yield from 8% - approximately 5%,
Not because of problem of rental income but problem with management services charge, the way they manage property and Regent Property management Corning behaviour,
Fortis management company told me that ground rent will be deducted from my rental income like the services fee, and they did last year in August 2018, then on 24th of January,
I received this shocking letter about I was late for ground rent, pay £100 more, and this is the second letter, which I never received the first letter?
And Fortis management said I shouldn't worry about the ground rent because it will be deducted from my rental income, which they did in August 2018, so why I received letter about the second noticed for ground rent due on January for 31 December 2019 without any email, phone call, letter for the first one, nothing at all, we can check the post office for record, for their lies and teamed up with Fortis management to earn this £100 more, to go that low, I'm selling this property, and telling everybody I met in property investment event about my experiences, for Fortis management, I said , they might be justified for their canny services fee,and shocking behaviour after two years guarantee time, in a legal way but lost in moral values, integrity, if God don't let them pay back the hidden Corning, Canny, behaviour, it's not lack of integrity, it's no integrity, I will , for agency who sold me the property, they did help me to speak to them, try to do the right thing,
I do appreciate their efforts, for Regent Property management and Fortis management, I will carry on to let people know about my experiences,I already did on a property investment event in Principle hotel in Russell square, I will carry to write and to tell about my experiences, through social media, and investors I know
And forgot to say how incompetent they are, after more than two years, still have my current address postcode wrong, which I have all the emails proves that how many times I correct them, black and white.
I did a little research that
I'm not the only victim of Regent property management, they did it to their contractors too, different matters the same mentalities

Will you use a management company like this?
Or to do anything with them?
I didn't choose it, that's why I'm checking out, the agency who sold this property, I think they didn't know about them too, they are helping
me to selling it, invest elsewhere.
Which I do appreciate it
A very unprofessional company
A very unprofessional company. Their standard of communication is terrible and there is a complete lack of interest in looking after you once you signed up to them! Please stay away if you want no stress!
Thorough and efficient service.
