On the bus the packing guys not helping u with your luggage. ( I almost broke my arm bc one of them is standing there but not trying to help.)

Horrible, there is no one at the stations to help. The phone support is useless as well. I will never travel with this company again in my life. Don’t make the same mistake as I did—only buy your ticket at the station.
Used to be great, but the service is degrading and has constant issues
I’ve been taking RegioJet (Amsterdam>Prague route) for quite some time now. It used to be really great, with free hot beverages, snacks and drinks available to purchase and entertainment embedded in each seat. Unfortunately the quality has been degrading steadily over time. Now most of the time things just don’t work. Coffee machine stops working, vending machine out of order or the entertainment is completely messed up and stops working halfway through the trip. I’ve had trips where none of these three things was working. I understand these things are extras that other companies are not even offering, but if you can’t keep the service up and running I would rather be honest and stop offering these things since more often than not you are not actually able to provide them.

To be honest, i love this company. I've never experienced something bad, so i have no idea why it has so bad rating. From Prague to Brno or Ostrava it's best in my opinion.
Deceptive Promises and Poor Service – Never Again with RegioJet
My experience with RegioJet has been disappointing on two separate occasions:
First incident: The bus was 40 minutes late upon arrival, and there was no notification or update about the delay. To make matters worse, after 20 minutes of driving, the bus returned to the original stop in Dresden and stayed there for a while. This caused me to miss my connecting train, leading to further complications. The situation was chaotic, and the passengers were left completely uninformed.
Second incident: On another trip, the bus was delayed by over an hour. RegioJet heavily advertises compensation for delays based on the length of the trip, but in reality, they calculate it based on the full length of the entire route. For example, for a Prague–Dresden connection, even if the delay exceeds an hour, you might not receive any compensation because the delay is measured against the entire Prague–Dresden–Berlin route. This practice feels deceptive and contradicts their promise of "on-time arrival guarantees."
I’ve canceled my credit ticket with RegioJet because I no longer want to use a service that fails to meet its commitments and misleads its customers. Strongly not recommended.
Unpleasant
I used to like regiojet for its great prices and relatively great service, but they really disappointed me today. There were two passengers today, who had their German-shepherd with them, really calm, silent, cute one, who caused absolutely zero problem to anyone, stayed in one place the entire time without making a sound. These people came all the way from Mexico with a lot of stuff, and visibly up for a long, tiring journey, yet the staff decided to force them to get out in Győr after starting their journey in Budapest, because of the dog. They didn’t say one word, when the two women got on the train with their dog. They waited about 100 kms to tell them, that ‘Hey youre not allowed to travel with us’, they paid their tickets, they had their dog license or whatever with them, which even said that she is a rescue dog or helping dog (dont know the expression), they paid the dogs ticket as well. After all of this they acted in a disrespectful way (the staff), they were unable to precisely explain the problem, and forced these two passengers and their dog to get off the train, making them actually pay for their next trip a lot. Completely unheard of and they should be ashamed of themselves, joke of a way of dealing with this. One must also mention, not a person was bothered by the dog. Just pathetic
Oh also, if we are being so cautious:), how about telling loud-moving ppl to be more silent, and make the plugs actually work, because I tell you what they dont. Yet they are ready to force smn get off the train because of their calm silent dog… Joke mate
Technical issues every ride I had in the last 2 years
I needed to use Regiojet several times during the last two years and every f-cking time there was some issue. (Route Prague-Havirov)
Several hours long delay, my train set was somehow missing so I was stuffed into another carriage and seated in random place separated from my partner, during summer ride there was NOT working AC.
This last instance I have bought 2 tickets for ride, we have dog with us so I especially picked seats so that he can lay under our legs and not get in a way of others (2 seats behind 2 seats). I have bought tickets 2 days in advance and RJ managed to inform me THREE times in the meantime that my carriage has some kind of technical issue and would be replaced by other similar carriage, then back to original, and again to that other type. So the seating we ended up with were 3 seats ACROSS 3 seats so our dog would most probably GET in a way of others bacause he would be between 6 people. To top it off, we were assigned seats with our backs facing the direction of the train and let me tell you, I am really sick if I need to travel that way. Czech railways are not so good either to be honest but I would take them from now on regardless because I am really annoyed to death by now.

The only reason I give 2 stars is that we got from poin A to B. We traveled from Vrutky to Prague on August 29 2024. We got business tickets for 2600Czk around $113. It was hot day A/C was barely working,we got only one bottle of water per person the rest we had to buy no big deal,toilet stunk and was not really clean,the outside aperance of the train was filty. The travel was with many stops felt like local train not as express.... This our second trip and not happy,the first one was in November several years ago and inside was cold! I would not use them anymore....

I booked a train to Prague with one transfer. I came to the station 30 mins before the departure time. Around 15 mins before the departure time, the train came. I show the crew my ticket and mentioned I was going to Prague with one transfer. The crew rejected me to get on the train. He said the train wasn't for me. I went back to the lobby and asked the staff about the train info. She said THAT WAS MY TRAIN. And when I was back to the platform, the train was gone! About 4 mins before the departure time shown on the ticket! I end up waiting at the station for three hours, buying another ticket to Prague. The attitude of customer service is also horrible. They only care about the sales. Don't even have the responsibility to show they care about their customers as a service provider. Their crew were lack of training and the customer service is horrible.

If only I had read the reviews FIRST
Regiojet has complete disregard for senior passengers with disabilities. I arrived early for my train from Prague to Budapest to be sure I could find my way, manage my bags, and be able to rest in the passenger lounge before boarding. I am sitting outside of the passenger lounge on a bench, my back killing me because I am a half hour too early to enter the passenger lounge with seats that have backs to support my back. Really, Regiojet? This is how you treat seniors who need a little consideration and kindness? The lounge is completely empty and yet I, as a ticketed passenger, am not allowed to enter because I am "too early". The employee at the entrance was rude and uncaring. Shame on you Regiojet for your treatment of the elderly 😥
Avoid RegioJet at all costs
Avoid RegioJet at all costs! If you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear and opt for Czech Railways, Flixbus, or Leo Express instead. RegioJet's customer service is the absolute worst. They don’t honor their agreements, and their incompetence is beyond belief.
My train was delayed over 8 hours due to floods, and to make things worse, they lied right to our faces! The stewards and the onboard announcement both confirmed there were technical issues in addition to the flood, and told us to go to any RegioJet cash desk for a full refund. I asked them multiple times, and they assured me it would be refunded in full.
But when I finally got to their kiosk in Prague, they flat-out refused to refund my ticket! Suddenly, the delay was only because of the flood, and technical issues were no longer part of the story. I tried to explain what the staff on the train had said, but they were rude, dismissive, and had the audacity to laugh in my face! Completely unprofessional and outright disrespectful. They told me to leave and didn’t care one bit when I said I’d escalate it.
Their so-called "customer support" later sent a generic apology, which made it crystal clear—they don’t give a damn about their passengers or taking responsibility for the mess they caused.
To top it all off, Czech Railways handled the same issue like true professionals and compensated all of their passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, couldn't care less and offered zero support or compensation. Absolutely disgraceful!
If you want to avoid a nightmare, do yourself a favor and choose any other company. RegioJet is an absolute joke, and I will never, ever travel with them again.

I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to our destination. However, the information provided on board was completely different from what their customer support later claimed. Worse yet, their customer service was unavailable when we needed it most, leaving passengers stranded in the middle of nowhere with no clear instructions.
While their support team later sent a message with a generic apology, it was clear they didn’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. It’s shocking how a company can treat its passengers with such disregard.
In contrast, Czech Railways (CD), which also experienced the same issue, handled the situation professionally and compensated all passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, failed miserably to provide any real support or compensation.
If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise choosing another company for your travel needs. RegioJet does not deserve your business.

Services in the train are good but customer support is tragic. Takes 10 minutes to get to the real person and even after they are not able to solve your problem.
Canceled train before departure, so far no money back
My train was canceled a couple of hours before its departure, causing me great inconveniences in my trip.
I called the hotline and they told me they would refund my money in around 5 days, but more than a week has already passed and I still dont have my money!
I sent 2 emails to two different email addresses in english and in german plus an inquiry in a form on their web page and I had not heard a single thing from their side yet. At least confirm to me you got the email! This is terrible customer service.
If this happens often this process should be more seamless, none one has 30 days to wait for a reply, maybe if you processed your emails faster you would not have your inbox flooded.
I hope this is taken as feedback for improvement.

This is the most unreliable company I have ever seen. They canceled my train to Prague and I was notified when I was already at the station and the lady in their office offered no alternative and in the app it shows that I used the ticket. I don’t really understand will I get refund and what about money I payed to another company to get to Prague. If there is a problem why can’t they notify you properly with actions you need to take I was waiting for a train in the platform and there was no information about it which make me feel something is wrong and when I asked the station employees they confirmed it’s cancellation . They didn’t even told us by email what to do approach office at station or what alternatives to use it’s really horrible service.
Update by the 23.09 I have not received any refund and it’s been a week I am trying to contact to their customer support
Perfect for bus trip
They invested in new buses this year, and that makes a real difference now. It's comfortable and they offer extra services onboard. The connections arrived on time, and prices are usually better than anywhere else.

Bus cancelled 30min prior to the departure
Our bus was cancelled 30min prior to the departure. No replacement transportation was organised by the company. On top of that, I had a connecting bus to catch which I was not able to catch but had to call Student Agency so that they cancel it. Since I was notified last minute, it was hard to find a different operator to transport us to the final destination. I managed to get tickets with another company that cost me a fortune. When I contacted Student Agency and claimed reimbursement, they said it is not their responsibility to compensate me since aparently the route was operated by another transportation company. I had not been informed the route is operated by a different company and that I am taking such a high risk at the moment of booking.
