I did not intentionally buy your product and asked for a refund the next day. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.
I felt mislead by your web site aiming up when I was looking for Royal Mail.

Our website looks NOTHING, like the Royal Mail website. There is No mention on the website that we provide a mail re-direction service - in fact there is a statement on the front page of the website stating that we do not.
For any search, Google will present a range of options, it is down to the person undertaking a seach to choose the website they need; it bewilders us that someone would use our website thinking they were on the Royal Mail website, do you not read anything on the websites you visit?
A refund was processed by our accounts team on 30th June. I have checked at it appears that this was not actioned by our Merchant Account providers, some kind of technical glitch, so I have pushed this through manually today.

Very easy to use this service and inexpensive compared to majority of marketplace. Literally took me 10 minutes to complete the online forms .Once payment confirmed they emailed me to confirm the services were available. A registered office address in less than 1 hour.
