Its such a shame to see people tarnishing a very good and working brand.

everyone rating 1 star because of the delivery time is so unfair...it was christmas time what do you expect?

i can confirm you need to use the shampoo for atleast 3 months to see any difference as the shampoo isnt just going to replace your thin hair immediatley. IT NEEDS TO REGROW DUMMIES. It has been amazing and worked wonders for me. please get a bottle asap. and incase anyone is wondering. No this isnt an employee of the company writing this i genuienly just shocked that shampoo can fix male pattern baldness

Absolutely thrilled to have discovered the miracle hair shampoo and now thickening conditioner as well. I am genuinely bowled over by the difference in my hair!! Could see a huge improvement in the thickness, even after the first time I used it! Usually pretty cynical about ‘thickening’ products, but this is unreal! I love the fact that it’s all totally natural, pure goodness for the hair and scalp. I’ve never looked forward to washing my hair more!! Huge thank you Regrowz!

Not a good experience

Initially there was a delay. I was contacted and offered either a full refund or a discount. I accepted the discount and the product arrived. Eagerly I started using it, unfortunately all it did was what felt like strip my hair of its natural condition and create frizz - it was not nice. I tried using it for a length of time to see if it got better but it just got worse. Not used since and I have just gotten my hair back into condition again ☹️

Really bad start.

Honestly I'd like to say how I found the product but I havent received ANY feedback regarding my order after numerous requests on their Facebook page. So if it starts off this bad, God only knows what the stuff inside their bottles is going to be like.
So hopefully I will get an email with a tracking number that isn't a scam really soon

I bought this in the middle of December and have called and they said they will have someone contact me. I also emailed about 5 times and no response. I have been waiting a long time and nothing. They took the money out of my account right away tho. Has anyone on here received their order after the company replies on here saying they will resolve the issue? I just don't think they r going to deliver. I think it's a complete scam.

Never received my ordered and not response

I also ordered two bottles on the 19th December for a Christmas gift. I received the confirmation email and money has been taken out of my account however I never realised the items.
I have sent 3 emails and have not received any response. I have also had to go on to your Instagram to try and get your attention. Never ordering from this company again and will not recommend.

My experience same as the others below

My experience appears to be the same as the last few accounts. Sadly, it's a negative experience and looking at these reviews it's been some time since there has been a positive experience. I placed an order on 25th December due to the bank holidays my order would now not be processed until 27th December but according to the website and being charged the 24 hours tracked postage, I should have my order on 28th December.

29th December I still had not had any postage tracking details confirmed so contacted Regrowz to ask for an update and explain I wasn't very happy that I paid for the 24 tracked deliver and clearly didn't get this. I didn't get a response yet. However, I did find these unhappy reviews from customers in the same position as me and quite annoyed there are no indications about the delays which really should be posted on their website.

I have now asked for my money back my order number was Order #SP#20171. I'll update how that goes.

Update in fairness the refund was processed quickly after I asked for the order to be cancelled so have upgraded this to two star.

Complete scam.

Ordered my products on the 19th Dec with a tracked 24hr postal service. To date, I have not received any notification or email stating why my order has not arrived or even shipped! I’ve emailed 3 times with my order ID and called every single day with not answer. Scam of a company. Avoid at all cost.
