A scammers company.
Hi, long story short: do NOT use this trash company.
We wanted a virtual office. Their support literally told us it’s a monthly plan. Cool.
Turns out? It’s actually a full-year commitment, and you can’t cancel.
I signed up for $50/month.
They’re charging $127/month.
PER. MONTH.
And here’s the insane part — and I’m pretty sure this is illegal:
When I first signed up, they asked for a credit card. I tried using my debit card, and they rejected it.
So I said whatever, I’m not even gonna use this service. Didn’t pay, didn’t use anything.
All good, right?
Nope.
Two months later, somehow they added that same debit card they rejected, and charged me $220+.
Like… what??
I had to contact support just to remove my card and tell them to cancel everything. Their response was basically:
“Yeah no, we’re gonna keep charging you. You can’t cancel.”
No clear warning about yearly commitment. No cancellation. Just straight-up trap.
Absolute garbage company. Their whole model feels like a scam.
Seriously, stay away.
Edit: there was no satisfactory resolution like they mentioned in their reply, they want me to pay the full amount of the entire period to end the contract.
And I've confirmed with VISA that the charge was made from a debit card. The kind they claim they've refused.
Either way, I'll be hiring a lawyer for this matter.

I initially rated Regus Boksburg three stars based on my honest experience. However, I was unexpectedly pressured by a staff member to change my rating to five stars, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undermined. A genuine review should reflect a customer’s true experience, not be forced or influenced. Professionalism and respect for client feedback are crucial in the service industry. Unfortunately, this encounter discouraged me from returning to the center. I hope management takes note and fosters a culture where authentic feedback is valued rather than coerced

Do not rent with this company
Do not rent with this company. We have been waiting over six months for the return of our deposit. Despite numerous follow-ups, they continuously provide appalling excuses like "we need to verify the account." This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional behavior.
Spaces has blatantly disregarded legal obligations, showing a complete lack of respect for their clients.
Their customer service is equally abysmal. While they offer empty apologies and promises of escalation, no action is ever taken to resolve the issue. Their behavior is not just unethical; it is also potentially unlawful.
This company should be ashamed of how it treats its customers. I strongly urge others to avoid Spaces and their services to prevent similar mistreatment and frustration.

This has to be the worst service…
This has to be the worst service oriented business I’ve ever come across. I was charged a late fee on an invoice before they credited me the previous invoice that I paid the month prior. It’s another case of the accounts receivable department being the quickest in the office and accounts payable being the slowest.
Piece of advice, take care of the only source of income you have or expect to lose it.

The worst company I every talked to charging me for three days and steady harassing me I never use the service and I canceled after two days and the company is still trying to say I owe them money
