Ajax is a well built, well designed system. The tech support is also very good. It has become my preferred Alarm system for my Business.

Installation was very quick, very tidy installation and very helpful tour of the system and its set up. It is very simple to use.

Great system, user friendly, very good quality of video. One big improvement to make (for my case): an app for the iPad.

Had not heard of the brand but it was recommended by a local alarm company.
Can use app, fob or keypad to arm/disarm.
Very neat and 6 months in, seems to work perfectly.

​I have been using the Ajax system (hub, keypad, and three motion sensors, including one with a built-in photo camera) and overall my experience has been very good.
​Pros:
​Reliability & Security: The system operates smoothly and immediately alerts me to any unusual events, such as the main unit being unplugged from power or a low battery.
​App: Extremely clear, stable, and easy to use.
​Mounting tip (the only drawback):
The included adhesive tapes feel very strong at first, but after 3–4 months, my sensors fell off the wall. I strongly recommend mounting them using screws right from the start.
Despite this minor detail, the equipment is top-notch and highly recommended. Also, be careful during installation, as a small piece of the rear cover flap chipped off because the plastic is a bit brittle.

I've had the Ajax alarm system and doorbell installed for many years. If I ever have an issue the support team are super responsive and really helpful and always suggests a fix to the issue with clear instructions. I genuinely wouldn't use any other system - its great in every aspect.

The system is relatively affordable, easy to set up. It has great adaptability to many different environments and user needs.
The components are qute solid and easy to maintain. The dedicated radio connection is sufficiently powerful to be operated without interference or degradation also at a distance from home. The app is simple and reliable; it's easy to add or remove elements at any moment.

I am very satisfied with AJAX’s after-sales service. The team was very professional and attentive. They responded quickly, listened to my concerns, and resolved my issue with clear explanations. The customer support is excellent. I highly recommend AJAX.

In the initial setup of the product, for some advanced parameters, support answered perfectly and we found the solution together that better fits configuration needs, even if my first time with it.

I've had Ajax installed for several years and have never had any problems; I contacted support for a blocked account due to a change of phone number and email address and they responded quickly and accurately, resolving everything in a commendable manner.

Installation and operation of my Ajax system has been very smooth since I installed it a few months ago, and I am considering extending it!
The devices have a high quality feeling, and the App's ergonomic is great. Last but not least, the official documentation is very thorough and well organized, which makes everything very clear.
The Jeweller technology offers a great range of operation, with signal going through walls and distance without issue.
That's how every alarm systems should feel like!

Interesting challenge to create a Pro account without mobile phone... Got the answer I needed within 15 minutes so I could continue while the customer wasn't aware of the holdup.

Customer support helped me log into the system after I forgot details and didn't have access to the system. Very helpful and of course the system itself in my opinion is the best on the market

I've had an Ajax alarm system installed for four years now. The system is excellent, although the perimeter sensors often trigger the alarm due to birds. The app is really user-friendly, and whenever I've contacted customer support, I've always received precise and timely responses.

I'm a huge fan of the entire Ajax System. The expense of the system is off-set against its extreme efficiency, ease of installation and very secure app.

Today I required help from their Technical Support team. Wow, fast response with answers that immediately resolved my query. Thanks guys :)
