Very impressed with the level of service and customer support of this company. The home security system is easy to use and reliable. When we required assistance with changing the batteries, the Technical Support Department was prompt in responding to emails and provided answers to our queries with detailed explanations and links (including diagrams). Highly recommend.

I needed Ajax technical support for a configuration issue... they were very fast and efficient, solving my problem excellently!

The system is easy to use particularly being able to set and unset from mobile phone, Apple watch etc. The downside for us is the fitter maintained the role of administrator for the system and we have been unable to get an explanation as to why he still has overall control of our alarm!

Alex Tom, the sales person, did a great jod explaining the system and the various options. It is well installed and user-friendly to use.

planning to buy a baseline Ajax system. Had some questions to the support. was extremely helpful, very fast and friendly. this makes me feel very confident about the company and the system. very trustworthy.
in other words: the support confirmed all my online research I made about the system and since it's such a good service, I'm definitely going to buy Ajax Baseline alarm system.

It is not made in China which is good for reliability will been doing some upgrades in the coming months ie camera's and outside sensors.

Was a bit annoyed with my original installer of my alarm system who wanted to charge me £90 to change some batteries for my outdoor siren( I don’t mind paying anyone a fair wage but it literally took me who knows nothing about alarm systems 10 minutes to do) I had an issue with deactivation which Ajax explained how to overcome and how to re activate once I had changed the batteries.

We've had this alarm system 6 months and have never encountered any problems. Gives us peace of mind daily and at night time when we use the night mode. System very easy to understand.

Good long battery life on door detectors and alarm sensors, easy to use..
Very neet control board.
If i had a complaint,it would be the volume of the alarm when it goes off , but its certainly loud enough to alert. The neighbours.
Good system easy to use linked to my phone on the app , I find that brilliant being a wheelchair user 😀

The reason of "-1" was that the technician who came to install the detector on my ceiling fixed it crookedly.
But he's forgiven; it can happen in Tbilisi (I made it installed in my apartment overthere).

Extremely reliable and easy to use system.

Really good alarm system . No false alarms and 100% controlled on my phone.
Would definitely recommend it
