I have been using the Regus office at 3730 Kirby Dr., Houston, TX, for many years. I don't use it often, but I book rooms for short meetings at least twice a year. After receiving exceptionally poor customer service on two separate occasions over the past two weeks, I will no longer book rooms at that location. There are many other Regus locations in the area. I don't have an issue with the company itself. My problem is with the staff at this particular location.
1. Last week, I was asked if I wanted to check in a few minutes early. Both parties were present for the hearing, so I agreed. I've previously checked in a few minutes early without an extra charge before, so I was surprised to see additional charges on my bill when I received it. I responded and asked about the charge. As an attorney and business law professor, I was shocked and disappointed to see the Regus representative’s written response: "We do not typically notify clients about extra fees for entering the room before the scheduled start time..." Knowing from both a legal and customer service perspective that this was THE WRONG ANSWER, and noting that the rest of the response was somewhat condescending, I angrily told her, “Yes, please direct your billing department to remove the charge. Not notifying clients about extra fees is likely a deceptive trade practice under Texas law. I would have just waited if I had known.” The representative replied with another condescending message, and I assume her manager, a woman, contacted me the next day with another condescending response after the charge was removed. I was annoyed but decided to just “let it go” since the charge was reimbursed, and I had another meeting scheduled at the same location the following week.
2. Today, the Regus representative seemed to retaliate by providing the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Regus location. When I arrived around 12:50 PM, no one was at the reception desk. Instead, there was a sign indicating that the staff was on a lunch break until 2:00 PM. By the time I finished reading the sign, a Regus staff member appeared. I told her my name and the time of my appointment. She offered to check me in early, but I declined. It almost seemed as if they weren’t expecting me this week because the room wasn’t ready. The staff member brought a pitcher of water to place in the room but didn’t provide me with the usual access information. While settling into the room, I realized I hadn’t received this information, so I went back to the reception desk. Since NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE, I used my phone as a hotspot to access the internet during my meeting. As usual, the hearing lasted about 30 minutes. When we left the room, again, NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION DESK. This has NEVER happened before.
It is good I suppose but there are a number of things that make it subpar. For example, they say they have access 24/7 but if you go in say on a Saturday. They will charge you if you request AC/heat to be on during those time. How much? $55/hour .

The receptionist at my location 999 Riverview drive Totowa NJ is exceptionally dutiful, he will go beyond the call of duty to assist with and get answers for issues at hand.
let me say this ,Regus is the worst place to go for a virtual address. lets start by saying one pays for a mailbox so as a small buisness or new llc needs a address, this is cheap 69 dollars after you sign up for this service. you are informed of a highly recognized trash fee where here in minnesota its illegal. this trash fee is $9.99 for them to hold your mail in a mailbox their already charging you $69 dollars for. they charged me a late fee for not paying my next month 8 days after i opened the mailbox. then sent me a bill for $175 dillars for a bill that wasnt due untill today. but let it be known they sent me a bill for $175. for a mailbox that is supposed to cost $69.dollars. Their rude and the only thing that matters is how they want to portray things. niot the fact that credit card statements dont usually lie. after 1 month with Regus i cancelled my mail box with them. i wouldnt use this company again if it was free!

In this moment,my experiencie it is very good.It has a good personal service.
Ragis make it very easy to run my business. The building is in a prime location and thee building is updated and clean
Great front desk staff.
This APP, however, will not allow me to enter the location, which was West Covina, CA.
I have lost productivity ever since signing up with and paying Regus simply by being told endless conflicting answers and spending time clarifying instead of working.
The experience was a huge let down and waste of time, energy and money.

This Company has two amazing employees who are professional capable helpful and a delight
This company will gouge the heck out of you. They are really good at tacking on fees for this and that. The latest being if you don't have a credit card on file: they will charge you an extra retainer fee. Oh really? The nerve. Since leaving a credit card has always been an option (most companies don't require it) how can it be possible to "punish" one for not receiving your "out of the blue" email? Is this going to be a charge EACH month? 👀 Such rubbish. Not to mention you already have a retainer fee from the move in.
Help desk is always about three days to respond👀By then I have figured out how to handle my own problem. Nickel and dime for everything. Coffee service isn't included in the price of the rent? Really y'all? Uuug really regret signing anything with this company. Hate that I have a lease till 2024. Promise I will review and blog about this horrible shady gouging company for as long as I am held to this stupid "new" policy.
Update 7/11
Resolved. My community leader is the entire BEST. She clearly laid out to me why I didn't realize in the terms and conditions and I was able to comprehend what was happening. This matter is resolved and I am very grateful to the help desk who responded in 24 hours and my community leader 🍒.
