worst customer support ever

worst customer support ever, they are just good in collecting money from clients. when you exit and ask for your retainer, they will send you message saying you will get the amount in 30 days, then nothing hit the bank account, I opened 3 tickets for this and every time the response comes with "the payment is scheduled for the next month" now 3 months delays and nothing came yet.

moreover, if you call the customer support number, they will tell you we are sales support, they do not have customer happiness number or a complaint number.!!!

Worst people and rigid system

There system is worst and their employee doesn't know how their financial system work, They Chage late paneities which ae unjustified and also very rigid to speak with someone. Once you stuck with them you can not leave. Please read their contract thoroughly and make sure you understand everything.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
You sent a message to the account helpdesk who didn’t completely answer your question on the first reply. This was because the wording of your original question caused a misunderstanding. They answered fully once the question was clarified so it seems a little unfair to accuse them of not knowing “how their financial system work”.
Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account. In your case these were triggered as you have had an unpaid balance since May.
