Overpriced, Unprofessional, and Withholding Refunds

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Regus Ahmedabad. My retainer refund was officially processed on March 9th, and I was assured by multiple staff members that it would take 5–7 working days.
That window has closed, and the funds are still missing. Every time I follow up, I am met with silence or generic excuses. It is unacceptable for a global organization like Regus to hold onto client funds past their own stated deadlines. If you value your money and professional time, look elsewhere for a co-working space in Ahmedabad. Their "Accounts Team and Senior Management Team" has zero accountability.
