I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. I was told I could use any Regus with the membership I bought, but that turned out to be untrue. I was told there would be soft chairs available for my patients, but that turned out to be untrue. I was told I cannot provide my own chair because there is no place to store it, though there was a large storage room in the building. I was apparently renting a " model" office, with nails sticking out of the walls and no wall hangings to cover. I cancelled my membership after two months, NEVER USING THE SPACE ONCE. I gave 30 days notice and paid for those 30 days. However, I was charged for an additional TWO MONTHS, and late charges were added. They claimed I had booked rooms after I cancelled, which I most assuredly did not. I would not ever bring a patient there. It is cold, corporate, and the staff is rude and unaccommodating. I am a healthcare professional, and several of my colleagues report similar experiences. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NEVER USE REGUS SPACE AGAIN. NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Adendum
Since this posting and the reply below, I have received yet another bill from this “company,” even though I have never used them and cancelled 5 months ago. I am now going to contact the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission. I am also consulting a lawyer. I urge EVERYONE to read their review on BBB site! I wish I had before I signed. I never would have!
5/6/2026 Again. In response to the unhelpful and smoke-and-mirror reply from Regus PR below, none of this was told to me. There were no " alternatives" presented except to rent a full office space 24/7/365 , which did not align with my needs. The whole membership was severely misrepresented.
There is a current class action suit pending that I will be joining, and we can let the lawyers review the data. There are sooooo many people who have had the same negative experience. It is not a one-off. Unethical billing and business practices have been reported across the board. They sent me an email and said, "In good faith," we will refund you the late fees. This is too ironic! They are refunding me the 30-dollar late fee on a 302-dollar charge I never owed. They are literally criminals.

Hi Jennifer,
I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Day office bookings are allocated based on availability. Whilst we understand your preference for soft seating and a specific office layout, these are not guaranteed and are subject to what is available in the centre.
Our team explained this to you and discussed alternative solutions, such as upgrading to a private office where your furnishing requirements could be met.
Multiple bookings were made in advance via your online account but were not attended or cancelled, which limited the centre’s ability to manage availability for other clients.
I apologise if the office you were provided did not match the specific office shown during your initial tour, but it was within the required standards.
Your month-to-month agreement required one full month's notice (from the start of the month). As you submitted your cancellation request on 15 December 2025, the end date of the agreement was 31 January, which is in line with what is stated in your agreement.
If you wish to discuss your concerns further, you can contact me at lorraine.brule@regus.com.
Kind regards,

A Longtime Customer’s Perspective

I’ve been a Regus customer since 2019. While the workspace has been convenient, I’ve decided not to renew my lease when it ends.

I feel that the company prioritizes short-term profits over of long-term relationships.

Renters should be aware that Regus’ “standard” renewal increases are very high. In an email from management, I was told that “most clients see a 10–15% increase upon renewal,” which is well beyond the rate of inflation. Negotiating renewals is essential—I would not simply accept their standard rates.

I also recommend reading every document carefully, including the house rules, and asking about:
* How rent increases are determined
* The furniture rental policy
* How and when the security deposit will be returned

I hope this review helps future renters approach their lease with open eyes.

Hi Jeff,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
I have checked your rate to ensure it matches the indexation listed in the current house rules (available in the Documents section of your online account). Please be assured that the price increase was not arbitrary, but rather a necessary adjustment due to the increase of several factors such as occupancy, real-estate costs, indexation…, which is an integral part of our agreement. As you may be aware, this indexation is a standard practice in the industry to account for fluctuations in the market, and it ensures that our pricing remains fair and consistent with the current market conditions. No other adjustments can be made.
I understand that this is a difficult situation, empathise with your frustration and apologise that we cannot meet your request to waive this indexation.
Please remember that your centre team remain available to answer any of your queries and will be happy to assist you.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
