Good Work Most of The Time

Regus personnel are amazing the majority of times. The issues arise because Regus changes personnel so frequently. Every time we work with someone that gets our procedures perfected, Regus moves them to another location. Then, we have to work with the newly assigned personnel to get them doing what we need done. Our procedures are supposed to be written down in our file but every time a new person starts, we have to retrain them and ask them to write down the procedures. They all claim that they add our procedures to our file, but when the new person starts, the procedures are not followed. That being said, when they are good, they are AMAZING and we appreciate all that they do. Thanks.
