I have been overcharged twice now

I have been overcharged twice now, totaling over $6,500. I want out of my lease, I am pursuing legal action. This is an awful way to run a business. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been at this location for 2 years already and was prepared to stay another 2, I’m throughly disappointed.

We are sorry that you feel so frustrated. At Regus, we work hard to ensure full transparency in our invoicing process.
You made some changes to the terms of your agreement. These were already corrected at the time and your centre have now clarified your other billing concerns directly.
Did you know that you can also check your agreement, meeting room bookings and other services through your online account? Simply go to myregus.com and log into your account. From there you can also check payments and download your invoices, which include a summary of the net balance on your account.
