Bait and switch pricing model
I arranged a one week rental, asked for the rates in advance. Was quoted a price of roughly $700, including 24-7 access as I was running an online event in early am hours. Was happy, and proceeded. In order to do this I had to sign up for a recurring agreement and cancel the day I signed up, the rep told me. I did. And yet I was charged a second month's deposit, without my consent. And then, after the one week, I left. I later found out then wanted to charge me $400 for repairing damages (there were none documented before or after, they just made it up). I had used Regus on and off for years, will never be back. Be very cautious.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We have several options on terms, products, and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances. Our shortest fixed agreement has a month-to-month term which is what you chose. You can also book day offices on an ad-hoc basis should you wish to have more flexibility, but we have no “one-week rentals”.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
