ZERO flexibility and only money focused staff
What was supposed to be a positive start for my new business has turned into a battle with the Regus location. I requested a downgrade of my monthly subscription because I realized I had chosen the incorrect product for my needs.
Despite signing a non-binding agreement and engaging in further communication with the location, they refused to allow a downgrade and instead insisted that I must cancel my current subscription and pay the start-up fee again to switch to a different product. Answer of the location: Change of product plan, means pay everything again. NO service whatsoever.
