Avoid like a plague - Aylesbury UK

Signed up 6 months membership agreement, 1 week later received Cancer diagnosis and am not able to work as need to focus on my health. Called them to cancel, they told me they don’t have cancellation policy, absolutely gutted

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Our account helpdesk team is always available to support our customers with payment, billing and account-related questions and they can be contacted via the ‘Help’ section of your online account (MyRegus.com). They have helped you to resolve all your concerns including your recent issue with the payment retainer.
The payment card which you have registered as the default automated payment method in your account expired in May 2023. Since there was no active automated payment method in your account, you were charged with a payment retainer. We have credited this charge as you have updated your payment card details.
You renewed your agreement for 24 months. Agreements with terms which is greater than 12 months, come with an annual indexation fee. It will be applied to each anniversary of your start date as clarified in your agreement terms. Please be assured that the price increase was not arbitrary, but rather a necessary adjustment due to the increase in real estate costs, which is an integral part of our agreement.
As you may be aware, this indexation is a standard practice in the industry to account for fluctuations in the market, and it ensures that our pricing remains fair and consistent with the current market conditions.
