Horrible immature incompetent management, very unprofessional, they would disconnect your internet, your phone and remove your company name whenever you have a dispute. They will Lock you out, unless you call the authority to force them to follow the law, they will save your bank card payment details without your knowledge without your permission to charge your card whenever you have dispute.

Your services were restricted because you failed to pay your invoices.
We take all possible steps to liaise with customers and ensure their accounts are up to date before taking such actions.
Understand that we cannot save any payment details without your knowledge, only you can enter your payment details to your online account and authorise us to take payment.
Although we tried to settle your concerns amicably your case was taken to court, and they ruled in our favour.
Should you wish to dispute the courts findings you are free to contact them directly.
